    (2/4) ...from @o2 dated TWO DAYS after the issue was, I was told, cleared up. A call to #O2 #AccessForYou this afternoon shows the issue is cleared up and the letters are auto-generated because payments can take up to 48hrs to register with O2...

    (1/3) Sad to say that @O2 are now trying to charge me for a service never used, when I cancelled a mis-sold contract within the 14-day cooling-off period. Almost two months later they're now saying they're going to charge me a late payment fee, plus the bill...

    (4/4) ...as being the fault of an automated system, without any recompense or any attempt to suggest that they can improve, is horrifying. I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

    @BS3Rob @O2 @WBA Been horrendous for weeks - Canโ€™t complete a call without having to call back numerous times - BS3 probably the worst of them all but M4 corridor from Cardiff to Bristol is a close second

    @jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

    If it wasn't for all the free benefits I got with @O2 Priority, I'd ditch them. Their #CustomerService is abysmal. It's like being in some weird kind of abusive relationship: "we'll treat you like **** but give you lots of free stuff so you'll want to stay with us" ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜ก

    @O2 don't recommend upgrading with o2. Terrible service, can't speak to anyone on the phone and waited for over a week for my delivery that was due on Monday!

    @O2 worst customer service ever. Twice my wife's phone has not turned up, had to upgrade as hers is knackered. Waited in all day to collect her phone and still no notification to say anything. Poor...really poor

    @O2 Not good would be a big understatement. Over the last 13 months, your customer service has been consistently appalling. From stealing money from my account, blocking my phone for no reason, repeatedly hanging up on me mid-call, lying to me repeatedly. Your company is a joke.

    2h on the phone with @O2 to undo the ๐Ÿ’ฉ they made... and that's after multiple disconnected calls over the course of 3 months... still not on the right plan but at least the stupid ยฃ500 debt is gone

    @O2 Hi, Iโ€™ve just joined O2 and have transferred my number over from my old contract I had, my number has transferred however when I log into my account itโ€™s still showing as the number that came with the sim? Any help on this please.
