@Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

@O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

So, not only does @disneyplus not offer a free trial for it's ****** service, but if you sign up through @O2 , you're literally not allowed to cancel it for 6 months. Practically a scam. So annoyed.

@O2 As an example. Third party sites showing p40 pro on O2 for £41 pm, 24month contract, 40gb data - but if I come direct its £55 pm. Stop being so poor. I've been with you for years & would rather not spend a morning to be told I'd have to take out a new contract and transfer number

@O2 I was told at 9.30am yesterday that the insurance team would contact me within 2 hours. Despite chasing, I’ve still had nothing. I have a phone I can’t use. This is dreadful customer service. Please can it be escalated?
