@O2 don't recommend upgrading with o2. Terrible service, can't speak to anyone on the phone and waited for over a week for my delivery that was due on Monday!

  • sarlpar Sarah (@sarlpar) reported from Henllys, Wales

@O2 It’s been going on for months, I have friends dotted around NP44 and they all struggle making phone calls as they keep dropping out, it’s not something new it’s an ongoing issue. I’d change if I wasn’t tied in and I think you’ll find other would too if they could. So frustrating

    Shocking signal today on o2 postcode NP18 1NF @O2 @mrsclart

  • Daniel_Lyddon Daniel Lyddon (@Daniel_Lyddon) reported from Cardiff, Wales

(1/4) Not a week after I was horrifically abused by an @o2 #CustomerServices agent, and even after I settled the payment issue (ongoing problems with #O2 automated systems since last Aug/Sep) that very day, I have today received three consecutive threatening/#legal letters...

  • Taxiboi3583 Adam Smith #BlackLivesMatter (@Taxiboi3583) reported from Beechwood, Wales

@O2 Totally ignored my actual question, do I get a rebate on my bill if I experience technical issues?

  • davesouthphoto Dave South (@davesouthphoto) reported from Cardiff, Wales

If I had a £1 for eveytime @O2 text me about my local mast being down. I wouldn't have to pay for my contract anymore. Wearing thin now guys.... 🙄

@O2 Thanks for all the help @O2! Just got a call saying matter has been resolved.

  • sarlpar Sarah (@sarlpar) reported from Henllys, Wales

@O2 your coverage in the Cwmbran area NP44 is shocking, no end of people on O2 post about the poor signal especially around the Llanyrafon and Henllys/TyCanol area. When we ask about if there are any signal issues we’re told there’s not, Vodafone, EE and 3 work prefect. 😖

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Cardiff, Wales

It’s come to something when you can get 4 bars of 4G signal walking between Benidorm and Albir in Spain but can’t even get 3 bars of 3G signal in Cwmbran South Wales 👀 @o2

  • CharlBalcombe Charlie Balcombe (@CharlBalcombe) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@O2 hello! I forgot to put my UNiDAYS on when purchasing my new phone contract and I’m struggling to add it on after, is it possible you could help me with that please? :-(

  • Daniel_Lyddon Daniel Lyddon (@Daniel_Lyddon) reported from Cardiff, Wales

If it wasn't for all the free benefits I got with @O2 Priority, I'd ditch them. Their #CustomerService is abysmal. It's like being in some weird kind of abusive relationship: "we'll treat you like **** but give you lots of free stuff so you'll want to stay with us" 🙄😡

  • Daniel_Lyddon Daniel Lyddon (@Daniel_Lyddon) reported from Cardiff, Wales

(4/4) ...as being the fault of an automated system, without any recompense or any attempt to suggest that they can improve, is horrifying. I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

  • BigDogWrestler Super Blue Eye Dog (@BigDogWrestler) reported from Cardiff, Wales

How can @O2 sponsor the World's most popular concert venue as in @TheO2 but can't give me a decent signal for 50% of my day?

  • Daniel_Lyddon Daniel Lyddon (@Daniel_Lyddon) reported from Cardiff, Wales

(2/4) ...from @o2 dated TWO DAYS after the issue was, I was told, cleared up. A call to #O2 #AccessForYou this afternoon shows the issue is cleared up and the letters are auto-generated because payments can take up to 48hrs to register with O2...

  • Daniel_Lyddon Daniel Lyddon (@Daniel_Lyddon) reported from Cardiff, Wales

30 mins on hold to @O2 customer services, spoke to an agent who has now put me on hold to speak to transfer me to #CustomerServices...so God knows who the hell I got through to 🙄😡 #FirstWorldProblems

  • cymboi MH 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺 #yescymru (@cymboi) reported from Victoria, Wales

@O2 How is that great value for a customer, when a sim only package is £30, yet its £35 when you purchase it with a phone?

  • uncriticalsimon Simon 💉💉💉🐉 (@uncriticalsimon) reported from Newport, Wales

@jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

  • stuomac88 Stuart Maclean (@stuomac88) reported from Abertillery, Wales

@O2 supposed to have had a bill credit applied to my account due to mast issues. Can you check this for me as still not showing on my o2?

@O2 cretins. This is a complaint that’s been going on since October last year!!! Why do I have to waste my whole lunch phoning you

  • EfficiencyPlus John Acey (@EfficiencyPlus) reported

@O2 Nope. You're missing the point. You're own system says there's a problem with the mast. I get text alerts telling me you're working hard to fix it. After more than 2 months it's not fixed. What happens now?

  • lewisduncan5 Duncan Lewis (@lewisduncan5) reported from Christchurch, England

@O2 still having issues porting my numbers 1 phone has been dead since 9:45 the other still hasn’t ported at all called and said showing as all red and should have happened but still nothing

  • join4te Jay (@join4te) reported

@O2 Day 52 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

  • frenguin 🐧 Frankie. (@frenguin) reported

@O2 @roxannehamilton I have had the same problem; paid for Saturday morning delivery and nothing. Shocking service. CS via DM is slow and phone lines are far worse.

  • lilmissbek Becca (@lilmissbek) reported

@O2 I was told I could cancel my airtime&cont paying my device plan. Got a new phone to then be told the device plan had to be paid in full. Complaint never raised as requested, didn’t get callback from manager as promised&now email saying my contract has cancelled&I have to pay!

  • Vernia 🇬🇧Julia Stephenson WarOnWoke VoteReformParty🇬🇧 (@Vernia) reported

@O2 I have been trying to activate my sim all morning. I’ve called O2 but nobody is replying. I will DM but will have to return to @Plusnet if I can’t get any service. It’s a bit more but they do have customer service.

  • DJPhillyO Phil O'Neill (@DJPhillyO) reported

@O2 @O2 2 weeks on and issue still here. Any chance on an ETA when it will be resolved?

  • hornsbyel Hornsbyel (@hornsbyel) reported

@O2 the most appalling and terrible customer service experience yesterday with THREE experts not knowing what an “error” message meant so much so that when I suggested they replied “oh yes that must be it”!! Two and half hours no Apple Watch. Probably left countless attempts on
