This weather properly has me over a barrel. Mistreatment by @O2 properly has me feeling down. My #CovidVaccine pain is bad. Some days the demons are just too much to battle...but today is not one of those days. Rest, relax, refocus. #MentalHealthMatters #BipolarDisorder

Hi @O2 as you’re aware I’ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay £60 a month for a phone I can’t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab 👍🏻

@O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

(1/3) Sad to say that @O2 are now trying to charge me for a service never used, when I cancelled a mis-sold contract within the 14-day cooling-off period. Almost two months later they're now saying they're going to charge me a late payment fee, plus the bill...

@o2 it’s 2025 and you still can’t get 5G (or even 4G), in Norfolk. Waste of time letting you know where as apparently “we have no issues in that area”. Lmao. EE is calling. .#O2 #shitsignal

@O2 The login screen at Toby carvery WiFi (run by o2, I think) did have a pre-ticked box asking if I wanted to receive updates. I had to get them in 2023 to remove my email from the marketing dbase. I guess ember may have similar arrangement. Toby, harvester and Ember are all m&b.
