    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 3 times in less than a week you have cut my sons services off, this is unacceptable, now I was just hung up on on the phone, shoofy bloody service to day the least

    @O2 This is not acceptable. I have to travel an hour on the train to return my phone as its not what I want. Totally unacceptable service and if I can't make it by tomorrow I'm locked into a 3 year contract

    @O2 went to use your Thirsty Thursday offer with 2 family members who also tried to use theirs. All 3 of us were unable to use them. They all would not scan .!!! The very first time we have tried and all 3 of us were let down and very embarrassed at the till on all 3 occasions.

    @O2 I was sold a sim with you as part of a package with Virgin Media on Monday. Is it possible to cancel this as I'd be better staying with my current provider. Is there any way to cancel this as I haven't yet received the sim

    Sorting out this issue, asap! Not two weeks in and @o2 have seriously let me down on every front. I urge everyone to think twice about commiting to a contract with @O2.
