    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 absolutely shocking customer service this holiday period. I contacted customer support 3 times before Xmas to port previous number and they now tell me I have to wait 5 days and have to cancel plans to travel outside U.K. in that time !!!

    @O2 Sorry when I select the link it’s timing out due to the lack of network coverage. My Wifi has also gone down switch a different provider and have contacted them for awareness.

    @O2 I just had a call from 01614640771 offering me a reduction on my bill. He refused to call me "Daddy" as I requested, and refused to tell me what he was wearing, so I could "finish my morning happ time ablutions" in style". Then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

    @O2 Or can you get me a contact number with someone who has a bit of authority rather than speaking to the first in line people every time, because all they tell me that I need to speak to a superior and then the return call never comes

    Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.
