After something like 16 years, I've finally left @O2 and moved to @EE Signal issues and inconsistent coverage finally made me leave, after a number of calls and no improvement in the mobile reception. Shame, but I get much better signal in King's Hill now.

Customer with @O2 for over 2 years and as soon as moved off contract bro PAYG being treated terribly. Been hung up on 2X by customer service phone, in store can't help,and can't access account on app for live chat. Anyone out there?

@O2 Still not being able to connect calls from Europe to the UK. Tried connecting to other networks, as suggested, not at all possible. Previously, having absolutely rubbish connection despite full network coverage on my phone. This really isn't acceptable & very frustrating!
