Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 Why is nothing working with O2 ? MyO2 is always not working, the website seems to be filled with corrupted pages, you can’t get help as the page keeps resetting. found a number on google all you seem to be doing is talking to a bot who has no clue! Feeling very frustrated!
