@O2 customer services what a shambles. 5th call trying to correct a mistake on my upgrade. Not called back. Hung up on and wrongly transferred by an agent clearly still in bed. Finally now cancelled and I am looking elsewhere

@O2 I was just trying to sign up with your network was on the phone to your colleague for 32 minutes when the line cut off at 6pm so I called back to be told lines close at 6pm!!! Great start..
