My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 I am trying to sign in to My 02 account. I have tried several times and it keeps sending me a link so that I can verify my e mail address. When I have verified it, it tells Me to go back to original page and then the whole Process starts all over again.

@O2 Terrible customer service. I was told by a chat advisor that I would be due to have my new device today, speaking to advisor today I haven’t been allocated a device - You advisors are lying ti customers and thats simply not good enough. Leaving o2 now.
