Actually got the words No Service and loading symbols engrained in my brain, @O2 please tell me how there’s no issue because I’ve had this problem for over a month. Lockdown isn’t fun and I’m losing my mind 😫

Follow up. @O2 (taking two DDs from my account) said to DM them my problem (basically if you get one security Q wrong you can’t try again, and it’s click, dial tone...). I did and asked for someone to call me. DM thread goes silent. A search on here shows myriad @O2 complaints...

@O2 Appalling tracking services appalling customer service from them sat on hold for 40 minutes for them to hang up! Updated there tracking at 20:30pm saying it was delayed at 9am but that wasn't visible to me until 8:30! They are terrible not 1st problem I've had with them
