Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

However after spending two and a half hours on the phone to a call centre from India and I could not understand a word and they kept interrupting me, I got absolutely nowhere. Alex scott (@Alexscott066) reported@O2 Tried manually to select 3 different networks, all gave same response of "your Sim won't allow you to connect to this network". My phone, on a similar tariff , has had no problems. The same thing happened on a trip to Oz last year. Turned out the 'system' had put a 'block' on.

Last month i thought it was all sorted but now a letter today, giving me till tomorrow to pay up!
