    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

    @O2 yes i have tried that, when i switch to manual the only network that gives me 4 bars of signal is one called "Orange F". It gives me 4 bars of signal and shows up as 3G however Calls, Texts and Data still don't work?😭

    @O2 2. I am struggling to understand how bad this service is. I’ve been your customer for 20 years. Please confirm that I can go into the 02 store on Victoria Street in London today or I will be cancelling my contract altogether and changing provider. This isn’t acceptable surely?

    @O2 WTF is going on with your customer service? It is absolutely diabolical. Outsourced to people who can’t speak a word of English. 2hrs on the phone being passed pillar to post by 8 different advisors trying to sort out a data bolt on. Utterly embarrassing stuff

    @driving_without @O2 Google coverage & then Google why runs in O2 network & see who offers the best coverage for your area I swear by O2 but im on tesco mobile which runs on the 02 network orange T-mobile are junk by me , your moving soon arnt you

    I can honestly say that when my @o2 contract is up I will never buy another @o2 device again. In the dozen or so times I’ve had to speak to customer services they have never once made the process painless and things ALWAYS go wrong. Details are always lost and records missing.

    @O2 help me with details of settling a final bill as it is an actual farce....my direct debit has been nullified, my account closed, my access denied, a call centre asking for payment on an unsecured line, my local branch unable to give me confirmed bank details....want to pay!!!
