My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@FelicityCloake @O2 I had a similar experience with O2 via a 3rd party phone seller. They told me I had passed all the checks, but O2 declined. I ended up sticking with my current service provider.

Really really infuriated by @O2 clowns. They screwed up a customers address and used mine. No matter how much I told them it was wrong they refused to investigate and sort out their mistake. They even gave my address to the customer when he called to ask where his post was!!!

@technologytotea @SwailesRuth @O2 Good bereavement teams make such a difference. Things are hard enough, without added obstacles. Years ago, sorting out my dad’s affairs, I ended up yelling ‘HE’s DEAD!’ at one of those automated voice things (Sky) when I couldn’t get through to anyone who could help.Take care x

@SwailesRuth @O2 When I had to handle my cousins estate after he died I was quite impressed with my local Barclays Bank, they had a bereavement member of staff. They’ve shut the branch down now. Such a shame as meeting people face to face is much better I think.
