    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 @joshakjohn I’ve also had the same issue. Took me 20 minutes to select the right series of options on 202 and NOT get hung up on, to speak to a human being, who assured they had taken care of it, but still can’t call on 4G network (reverts to 3G). What’s going on????

    @O2 Hi O2, I updated my software on my iPhone and now it’s saying that my account doesn’t have 4G or WiFi calling enabled. MyO2 says it does. Your MyO2 chat isn’t working. Can you please help solve this mismatch of info between yourselves and Apple?
