    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    upgraded my phone a while ago but only put the new sim in yesterday but can’t even use it because apparently there’s “no signal”. turning off and on didn’t help, neither did putting on and off the airplane mode. what the hell @O2

    @kirstylee_92 @O2 Crazy…. I was 1st asked to try on a different web browser, that also didn’t work, then told to wait 2-3 hours, they they had made the tech team aware of this issue !

    @O2 been a customer with o2 since I was 16 and honestly cannot believe how much of a dive customer service has taken!! 3 weeks trying to get through to someone, tweeted to then still get no where with slow responses!!! Then phone cut off!!

    @O2 is there an easy way to give you guys a PAC code as I can't seem to find one that doesn't involve getting cut off from your help line. Most networks make it easy.
