    @O2 support line experience, wait 20 minutes to get through to a human, told that making a complaint is a complicated process and you'll have to hold, be left on hold for 40 minutes (and counting) in the hope you will get board and go away, not me...I enjoy this kind of fight....

    @O2 why has your service got worse?! You used to be one of the best but lately you’ve been shocking. The odd occasion when I have to toggle between you and my so-called ‘fibre broadband’ is absolutely painful

    Well @O2 I certainly made a mistake entering into a contract with you. The data network is exceedingly poor and on top of that you are increasing the price by 17.3%. Can’t see me being a customer much longer.
