    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

    @O2 Ok I signed up yesterday and now I’m getting emails from Disney saying I can’t have two subscriptions but I cannot find a way to manage this on o2 or Amazon. Help !! There’s nothing obvious

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

    @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel a pay as u go contract my son had for over a year now still paying £25 a month for a phone he hasn’t got not getting anywhere fast keep getting pushed from pillar to post how hard can it be to terminate a contract 😡😡

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones

    Not happy with O2 signal been dropping in and out for months complained via a chat told it’s not a proper complaint unless I talk to someone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡well I would if the phone worked properly not getting what I’m paying for @o2 #o2

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are
