    @O2 Never more than 1 ticket available on the odd occasion on the @gigsandtours site with the addendum. Then you can never progress to the next screen! It’s still a shocking shitshow. Embarrassing this @o2. Who’s head(s) is rolling?! 🤬😫😱

    Almost 5 hours later and @O2 still haven't addressed the glaring problem with their Priority app that's stopping me (amongst many many others) accessing the Peter Kay ticket presale. I've never seen anything so shambolic!

    @O2 Really? I don't know anyone that has managed to get them via your priority. I personally have tried for 5 hours now. However, people have got them through gigs and tours with no priority needed? What a load of **** priority is. So frustrating you APP DOES NOT WORK
