@O2 The stupid O2 website and app don't work. Tried calling their automated system and even the options on that don't work. Want to just cancel a bolt on and use another tariff but instead for £15 just sitting there unable to be used. What a shambles of a company.

despite repeated assurances over three weeks, @O2 has failed to remove the fraud bar on my phone, leaving my service unusable. I have made multiple calls, store visits, and raised a complaint that was wrongly closed. I require immediate resolution or I will escalate legally.
