  • yamez_explores Yamez Explores (@yamez_explores) reported

@O2 Trouble is your network coverage link shows at least 4G in all the areas I go to work and also visit, also shows 4/5G on my phone when in these areas but nothing using data loads up fast, if at all. I know it is not just my phone as my husband has the same issues!

  • connordoner Connor Gurney (he/him) (@connordoner) reported

@ianpyeiseboe @O2 Came searching on Twitter as I’m having this exact same issue…

  • Rachel_O_London Rachel O’Reilly (@Rachel_O_London) reported

@O2 can’t make or receive calls in E3 because of mast maintenance. Customer service says this will be ongoing until the 14th. Surely that can’t be right??

  • yamez_explores Yamez Explores (@yamez_explores) reported

@O2 any chance I can claim money back on my contract since your signal seems to be absolute garbage wherever in the UK I go these days?

  • sharonbrynin sharon brynin (@sharonbrynin) reported

@O2 Yes , no signal what so ever!

  • singh_indy Indy Singh (@singh_indy) reported

@O2 @Apple Still nothing - called to chase our complaint twice today and when the call gets awkward for your customer service reps the line mysteriously goes dead - seriously you couldn’t make this **** up! Where have you relocated your call centres too may I ask? #customerservice

  • richardfox92 Richard Fox (@richardfox92) reported

@virginmedia @O2 Also why is this happening on your site "Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." everytime I click on a link.

  • alexandra_7 Alex (@alexandra_7) reported

My parents, stuck in Florida have had no power, water, internet & only patchy phone service. I've sorted lots out for them this week and have had to phone my mum to tell her where to go for water and supplies. @O2 have just msgd her saying it's £2 per minute to RECEIVE calls. UMM

  • Cong_Fusion Ryan McCaffrey (@Cong_Fusion) reported

@O2 network doesn’t work in Wixams Bedford area. I complained about it when I moved here from Norfolk. That was a year ago. I’ve put up with it since then even though I’m paying line rental. A year later the manager at O2 Bedford suggested I could move back to Norfolk!!!

  • katiejoymacphee Katie Joy Wallman (@katiejoymacphee) reported

@O2 really disappointed with your service, went to upgrade and was given a more expensive choice than a new customer! Rang to talk to someone and they wouldn’t do anything! After being with you 18yrs! #o2 #badcustomersevice #awfulo2
