  • MJPalmer84 MJ Palmer - Mr Gay England 2021 Finalist (@MJPalmer84) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

  • lornahamblin3 Lorna Hamblin (@lornahamblin3) reported from Royston, England

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

  • LwtEmmaBird Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

  • ohhollygosh Holly O (@ohhollygosh) reported from Biggleswade, England

@O2 Hi, how do I cancel Disney+ using the O2 app?

  • FrontSeatPhil Phil Huff (@FrontSeatPhil) reported from Brampton, England

@packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)

  • LwtEmmaBird Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

  • pilgrimbeart Pilgrim Beart (@pilgrimbeart) reported from Royston, England

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

  • GarethIain Gareth Iain (@GarethIain) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

  • GarethIain Gareth Iain (@GarethIain) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@o2 Insure can **** off, pointless service.

  • musings_of_mum Becky (@musings_of_mum) reported from Oakington and Westwick, England

@O2 Ok I signed up yesterday and now I’m getting emails from Disney saying I can’t have two subscriptions but I cannot find a way to manage this on o2 or Amazon. Help !! There’s nothing obvious

  • PeteWiFi Pete (@PeteWiFi) reported

@O2 2 years now since I switched, multiple support tickets, many failed promises from you, and I still don’t have my Volt benefits because “my account is not eligible”. Well it’s been eligible from the @virginmedia side since day 1. This is beyond pathetic.

  • Hobbitronicfunk Hutchinson (@Hobbitronicfunk) reported

@O2 Tech Device Plans (such as XBox Series X or Samsung Galaxy watch) that a Customer (such as myself) owns cannot be viewed (observed with ones own eyes) on the myO2 app (your myO2 app), instead gives a "we're working on it". Experienced on multiple devices e.g. S24 and S25 Ultra

  • Shaz_Kingervi Shaz (@Shaz_Kingervi) reported

@O2 Helloooo, is the o2 network down? I can’t make any calls from my mobile 😢

  • CricInfoUSA CricInfo USA (@CricInfoUSA) reported

@O2 Just so everyone is aware - I DM'd #O2 with a technical issue and they sent me a link on "How to leave O2 and switch to a different network". Don't count on your issues being resolved with these guys.

  • chilly_spurs Clare 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿💙 (@chilly_spurs) reported

@tescomobile I can make a call but can’t receive any. Is this related to the network outage today? I’ve checked the @O2 status checker & that just says there’s an issue with making calls to EE. No mention of not being able to receive calls from a landline!

  • Bucky1312 Robert Buxton (@Bucky1312) reported

@O2 any current issues? Mum is unable to call anyone from her phone and when I try and call her it’s saying it’s an incorrect number!

  • kelzf kel (@kelzf) reported

@WillsherDaniel @O2 Mines stil not working either since yesterday i stil cant make calls

  • mattd1981 Matt Dickinson (@mattd1981) reported

@O2 While it’s moving and stationary. I thought the purpose of a mobile device was that it could be used whilst MOBILE, moving, not stationary. I think your reply is poor and a typical social media reply that shows you really couldn’t care less.

  • BarryTuckwood Barry Tuckwood (@BarryTuckwood) reported

@O2 I looked yesterday using wifi when O2 signal disappeared. Not helpful at all
