My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@georgia_coan @O2 @EE have been great, I left O2 after 20 years and they couldn’t do anything to improve the signal issues I had in my area. Best decision I’ve made regarding phone providers.

@O2 @virginmedia @TheBHF Useless marketing yourselves as life saver of you can’t even get your own network running effectively. Based on your 3G(!) and even Edge(!) signals constantly popping up, these defibs probably won’t wake even zap a fly.
