@O2 Ok I signed up yesterday and now I’m getting emails from Disney saying I can’t have two subscriptions but I cannot find a way to manage this on o2 or Amazon. Help !! There’s nothing obvious

  • fergycool
Chris Lindley (@fergycool) reported from Horningsea, England

@O2 Supposedly but I’m not spending any more time on your chat service. Just DM’ed you.

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

  • MJPalmer84
MJ Palmer - Mr Gay England 2021 Finalist (@MJPalmer84) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

  • Chanel_LawSmith
Chanel Law-Smith 🐼 (@Chanel_LawSmith) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@O2 Seriously I have a ton of important calls to make today and this is the day your signal goes down!!! Not impressed

  • GarethIain
Gareth Iain (@GarethIain) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

  • LwtEmmaBird
Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

  • FrontSeatPhil
Phil Huff (@FrontSeatPhil) reported from Brampton, England

@packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)

  • LwtEmmaBird
Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

  • StevePeckandson
Phill Peck (@StevePeckandson) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@AppleSupport thanks to Leo at your Cambridge store. Let down by @O2 but apple replaced the phone no problem.

  • ohhollygosh
Holly O (@ohhollygosh) reported from Biggleswade, England

@O2 Hi, how do I cancel Disney+ using the O2 app?

  • GarethIain

    Debs Randall (@deborahanne67) reported

@snation85 @O2 This is such poor service @O2 . 28 minutes and counting since this was posted and the problem started at 2pm yesterday. She’s be disconnected if she was this late paying!

  • MikeAubury
    Mike Aubury (@MikeAubury) reported

@O2 @BenRosher Given O2s previous assurances about EU roaming, I assume this change means we can terminate our contracts, with no penalty, and move to a different provider ?

  • jamesfarmer27
    James Farmer (@jamesfarmer27) reported

@O2 bad move of yours bringing back in roaming. Yes you can at the moment use 25gb but charged after that. Should lead the way and not make the change at all.

  • DannMustDie
    Dann Djarin 🐉 (@DannMustDie) reported

@M1dgar @O2 Yeah that’s more what I’m getting at, their signal and service is good but their deals are crap.

  • trybeforeyoudye
Try Before You Dye (@trybeforeyoudye) reported

@O2 @Celticommuter Literally does not address the fact your colleague lied to make the sale. Bryony, if it was within 2 weeks I believe you can cancel with no obligation. If it is outside of 2 weeks, you have 1 month to cancel but will have to pay off the devices first.

  • deborahanne67
    Debs Randall (@deborahanne67) reported

@snation85 @O2 That’s really poor tbh, my patience would have disappeared too!

  • MattSleight
    Matthew Sleight (@MattSleight) reported

@SebDance @Iskandar64 @O2 Yeah, but it's only once you use 26gb a month. I barely use that a year, so most people shouldn't have an issue.

  • iphigenie
    Joelle Nebbe-Mornod (@iphigenie) reported

@SebDance @FlipChartRick @O2 O2 was horrible after they removed charges, they throttled so badly I couldn't post a tweet or check email.

  • DannMustDie
    Dann Djarin 🐉 (@DannMustDie) reported

@M1dgar @O2 EE are shite, I was with them for 10 years and they couldn’t do **** all. Ended up with 3 who get a bad rap but they’re alright. Recommend checking out affordable mobiles

    notsramdamus (@notsramdamus) reported

@O2 Rather you installed more masts in poor coverage areas! Than fancy treats! #ImproveyourNetwork
