    Abysmal service from @O2. Overcharge me after saying I had nothing more to pay, after taking payments out on the wrong days for 2months. Phone to ask for my money back & start politely but firmly expressing dissatisfaction.. when the line mysteriously goes dead? No call back…

    @O2 Since joining o2 in June due to a faulty phone mast I've had little or no signal at my home address,I've had 5 emails since 07/10/22 telling me you're in contact with the landlord to gain access to the mast site, why is this taking so long to resolve?

    5 days ago I submitted my payslip to apply for o2 open on an upgraded phone @O2 . It said I'll hear back within 3 days. Nothing. Just tried to webchat with someone but got told 'you're all too busy and to try later'. Help please.

    @O2 hi guys, since upgrading to a 5G handset I’ve noticed that my 4G signal doesn’t seem to be able to do half the things it did on my old handset. It won’t stream video or songs; websites just time out. Is this normal or do you have nationwide issues with 4G and 3G?

    @O2 It's a pay monthly I step out of my front door and it's emergency calls only I have missed a important hospital appointment due hospital not being able to get through
