    @Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

    @Plusnet you owe my Mum in law a huge apology! She has depression/anxiety so we deal with all of her admin. Have had to fight tooth and nail to try to deal with her account and still you made it impossible without her having to call you. No care for your customer’s wellbeing 🤬
