Please fix it.
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reportedI actually should have called up @Plusnet aka BT sooner. Might have to cancel my direct debit... shocking way to treat a shareholder.
-
Aled Roberts (@aledrob) reported@Plusnet "We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day" Called at 18:50 this evening and privilage to speak to a rude customer service operator who when asked to for the call to be escalated am told nobody was available as the call centre closed at 7pm and that his shift was ending

Gingerlegs747 (@gingerlegs747) reported@SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.
-
𝒌𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒆 ✨ (@kelliemufc) reportedplusnet sucks *** honestly
-
peztyke (@peztyke) reported@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
-
Rob Baillie (@BobaliciousBob) reported@Plusnet Thanks. I'll do that. Now, please ponder on the absurdity of the fact that in order to ask a simple question one needs to go to the "Make a Complaint" section - and that someone who works as a software engineer building end-user systems couldn't find it on their own...
