@Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

@charlesarthur I'm not even on a 'good' deal anymore - plusnet do 7Gb+unltd calls at £6/mo 30-day rolling (!) Virgin still think they have the monopoly on ultra-fast BB, and wanted £53/mo. Comparable service is £16/mo on 5G. Deals are out there...

@Plusnet Hahaha must be an error in the formula then. Taken over a month of constant chasing to still not resolve the issue. Paying every single month for WiFi that works maybe 20 minutes out of each day,With constant faults on the line or with the exterior box. Worst wifi provider around
