Peter Forbes (@PScotfree) reported@plusnethelp Query. I have router (Plusnet) set to both 2.4 & 5 ghz settings but of late I keep losing the 5g signal. have found that if I switch router off for 30 secs or so, then I can reconnect to 5g signal. Does this mean fault with router ??

The agent at the outsourced(!) rewards company was unprofessional and evasive. Would hope for a bit more understanding after the year we've all had. Never again!
