    @Plusnet How is it seamless when my perfectly working line doesn’t have any signal now. Plus net was supposed to take over yesterday and now my line is dead with no dial tone let alone any internet.

    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet no wife for 12 hrs and no helpline to call. Makes WFH a problem #$%$ done all tests by on site IT husband.....#help #annoyed #WiFi

    @Plusnet Just letting everyone know that after being with Plusnet for 5 years, terminating, paying my bill and having my account closed, they just sent me TWO emails asking me to set up a Direct Debit as I'm a new customer! Funny, or Useless?!

    @AfroChuck87 @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk Kind of is now as they are not BT engineers. They are Openreach engineers as they run the network. BT just provides broadband over the network the same as sky, plusnet etc.

    Another night ruined by how **** @plusnet is, really wish I'd gone to another provider. If anyone actually reads this, don't use Plusnet, service is poor and once they have your money they don't give a monkeys

    @nisascotland Hi Shahid. I'm so sorry for the delay in getting back to you and that you've been having problems with your service! I appreciate the inconvenience that this must have caused. I've checked with our suppliers and they've advised that they've recently fixed a problem Plusnet Leeds

    @plusnet leaving disabled people without outside access by restricting service on line all because payment didn't clear at 2am!!!!! Despite being told by a line manager they have been lifted..... THEY LIED. Now left without service AGAIN for the entire weekend as managers not in

    @Plusnet Yes, we were really pushed in to renewing a 24mth contract with/by you as we moved house to down the road. We had NO option as you were going to charge us a fortune to move house unless we renewed! We didn't have the money to pay for it so had no choice.

    @Plusnet I did get a call and thought I'd arranged an upgrade but have since had a message on my open ticket saying there's another problem but now can not log in to read them or respond the website just hangs
