Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

ken (@uk12345) reported from Romford, England@nowtvhelp I've been told by BT that I can't uninstall NOW TV on a YouView box also it's not just me customers with BT Plusnet also got the same problem as me breaking up pictures freezing pictures I've been a lot of forums and they still complaints going on about the NOW TV app on YouView

But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

I've already spoken to them twice and they said it would be fixed on Friday but it's still not sorted. I'll have to phone them again but their service status page says all OK which is clearly wrong 😡
