But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

Not had another disconnect since around 10:48am. Did have to restart router to get back to normal speeds though

Great when it worked, but when it did not it was either call them, fine if you have a LOT of time to wait, or use an interactive service which never came up with an answer. With Plusnet someone answers the phone (I know!) & either tells you how to fix it 1/2
