  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

  • andrzejjeczen Andrew Jeczen (@andrzejjeczen) reported

@PostOffice Appaling service yet again at Highfields PO in HemelHempstead. Again a clerk made a mistake which cost us time and money. On top of it they blamed the mistake on us. Good thing we always have photos of things we post so we can prove we were in the right.

  • DianaGarling Diana Garling (@DianaGarling) reported

@PostOffice I called customer service, they said the same thing it would be an extra £45, I asked for and explanation and was put on hold, then cut off!! I take it this is because there isn’t a valid explanation.. hence I would never book holiday insurance through the Post Office again! 😡

  • sophdickinson02 soph 💌 (@sophdickinson02) reported

@PostOffice Hello. Trying to use the travel card you offer to top up £50, which needs to be done urgently. Your app is not working and is showing the error code 301, please could you resolve this?

  • Jac_the_Tripper Jac_the_Tripper (@Jac_the_Tripper) reported

@PostOffice how do I put in a complaint regarding my local post office? The shop owner refuses to serve anyone in the post office claiming the system is down. It isn’t- this happens every time he’s working. He just doesn’t want to work the post office.

  • samanthaaaxx91 Samantha🌻 (@samanthaaaxx91) reported

@PostOffice I’ve bought travel insurance with you - at the time I was 30, I’m now 31, the policy documents state im 30? Is that going to be a problem? I only entered my DOB not my specific age.

  • chrish9070 Christopher Head (@chrish9070) reported

@RupaHuq Rupa it all boils down to @PostOffice branches are mostly unviable. They rely on the subsidy of the retail business that it sits inside & reality is selling other products give a better ROI and margins. Being responsible for thousands £’s, compliance & balancing. Most PO’s do

  • Twihard82 Krisbian (@Twihard82) reported
