The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. That the PO used this to drive an extortion scheme extending to the imprisonment of the innocent beggars belief.

Hence the Aadhar service is not available at Aliyarnagar SO. Also Malayandipattinam SO is a Class "B" office and Aadhar service is available there. This is for your kind information.
