Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice so I’ve just tried posting a Harry’s razor box as a large letter that arrived to me as a large letter initially but to be told it’s too thick to go as a large letter as it doesn’t go through the template even though it’s 2.5cm thick🤔 great service. Not!!
