I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

Paul (@PaulDon1989) reported@WhatWouldKirkDo @PostOffice @dennis1a1 Out of interest, is your LAT the exact time the Postman leaves on the poster? I had this issue with RM so they changed the poster for me to 10 mins before the actual collection time so I have time to tie up etc. Works a treat now.
