@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

The @PostOffice basic broadband & internet package of £17 a month is total rubbish, it does'nt even include the 1471 option. Plus they've forced customers to now pay the biggest polluters of the planet, @ShellEnergyHome, as they are taking over their service on Marcg 16th. C*nts.

The @PostOffice are refusing to engage with people about the forced takeover of their broadband & telephone service by @Shell on the 16th of March, when they only informed their customers on 7th March. Is it legal to force the takeover on people who have no wish to support them?
