@PostOffice I have two parcels posted using the signed for service on 15 December that have yet to leave Mottingham Post Office. I understand you’re busy but any idea why it’s been 6 days and no delivery?

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

A crappy alliance of #AmazonUK and collect service of #Ramsgate #PostOffice, will ensure the shittest service imaginable. UK does lead the way in one area at least. Oh, and xenophobia. Wonderful.

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@PostOffice Great marketing here. Tell me how much money you have donated to charities that support people in abusive relationships? Or do you only take their money and make out you are a hero? It is a bit of a narcissistic advertisement you have going on here.

@fashionpansy @PostOffice Hi Char, if the postal order is crossed, it is treated as a cheque and must be paid into your bank a/c. Some local Post Offices can't offer this service, but if you have your bank Sort Code & A/c No, most Post Offices should have an envelope for you to use and process it for you.

@PostOffice Try educating and innovating ways to help these people. A ‘save our cash’ campaign is laughable, cash is being phased out as it is no longer sustainable. If the post office is not aware of what is happening right now with fintech then it is being ran by simpletons.
