@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

I'm puzzled as to why why local @PostOffice needs to close four hours earlier than normal due to the pandemic. (Long term arrangement, not a sudden crisis). Some organisations are using Covid as an excuse for really poor customer service.
