The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.
