The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

September, they had only miniature sheets (and perhaps presentation packs) for Transformers & Marines. Called it a trial to not get the stamps. I tend to spend £50+ on commemorative issues especially with £1.85.

Is the Freepost address to send them to a tracked service with a receipt as I would not want to just simply drop this envelope in a post box with no record or tracking?Thanks Paul
