Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

The fact that banks don’t transfer money on weekends shows how much more we have to do as a human civilisation. What if people’s family’s are starving and someone sent them money to help. Now they have to wait an entire day. So damn broken.. @santanderuk @BBCNews @elonmusk
