@santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

I know in the past I have not always received accurate information on the telephone from organisation staff. People do make mistakes; it’s frustrating, but nobody’s perfect.

@santanderuk Im abroad in Turkey, I've been trying to make an online payment which prompts i confirm on the app, when i open the app it give me an error message and doesn't load anything. This is just ridiculous i even told Santander that I'll be going abroad!!!!
