It’s hard me to putt into words how much I hate the customer service @santanderuk - their absolute contempt for women is breathtaking. I can’t understand how this doesn’t hurt their international brand or does this attitude emanate from Spain ! @bancosantander It’s perplexing

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Been trying to report a fraud to you, been holding half the morning. About to hang up. Your service is not good enough. Obviously fraud is not a high priority to you.

  • RuthRobinsonLon

I order not to launch a non metaphorical attack against @santanderuk I limit myself to being brutally but politely honest about their customer service #sic on Twitter . I can’t understand how head office can allow their brand to be trashed by the UK division unless they are worse

@santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

  • paullewismoney
    Paul Lewis (@paullewismoney) reported

@kevinsamuel Thanks Kevin. It’s not so much financial problems as service problems. I have never had such bad customer service as @santanderuk over last two weeks. And I’ve dealt dozens of banks.

  • Empty_With_You
    Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported

@santanderuk It’s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) it’s the fact that I’ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.

  • JanKrynicky
    JanKrynicky (@JanKrynicky) reported

@santanderuk How about a scumtracker? A bank that refuses its customer to withdraw money for a bike deserves to be marked as scum.

@santanderuk @TSB Got a new card after account was access by fraud, sent new card out then send out numerous PIN numbers!!!!!

  • Alph4betSoup
    Alphabet Soup (@Alph4betSoup) reported

@sailingbikeruk @santanderuk Ofc, KYC = 'Know Your Client' - its a form of checks that that those handling funds (banks, exchanges, legal sector, estate agents etc) are supposed to undertake in order to provide the service legitimately. Most commonly to prove identity, but also to provide legitimacy of funds

  • jboixo4
    JayO (@jboixo4) reported

@santanderuk now says they can’t refund me until the fraud is “confirmed” — which violates PSR refund rules. I’ve submitted info, I’m vulnerable, and this is day 4. @psrpayments @financialombuds I need help. #fraudrefund #psr #Santander

  • Nicole_Barlow1
    Nicole Barlow (@Nicole_Barlow1) reported

@santanderuk @TSB You are a throughly incompetent and cheap institution. You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

@wideawake_media As a @santanderuk @santanderukhelp customer, I would like an explanation about this video, and put the banks' side of the story forward. Did this man pass security? I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander & need to know that this won't happen to me?
