    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

    @santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

    Bloody @santanderuk they’ve frozen my account; I’ve just spend 1.5 hours trying to get through to the fraud department, put on hold, cut off and absolutely nothing. I can’t access my account - fuming 😡

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I am very distressed by the bank's actions. I have been prevented from withdrawing my own money from my account and have been told it could be 24 hours before anyone from the 'back office' is able to explain this further to me and allow me access to my money

    @santanderuk my app doesn't seem to want to work. I have constant "session timed out" when I open the app. Tried re-installing and its still doing it. A recent update came out I believe. Can you fix this issue please a.s.a.p as I'm unable to send money currently.
