I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

Yet my phone hasn’t worked in a month and you won’t send an engineer from Openreach unless you can extort me into extending my contract. Let me know if you’d like to fix it instead.

Sick to death of their inability to help or advise. Can’t get through online or via telephone. Over £110 a month we spend with Sky and the service we get back is a disgrace!
