@SkyHelpTeam please can you try and help with my mini box pixelating when watching recordings back? My boxes are already both on the same standby mode settings. Please send me a mini box hdmi cable and if this doesn’t work please replace my boxes. It’s no fun watching tv anymore

@SkyHelpTeam Never did resolve after 5 resets -12 till 5pm we had no WIFI We survived but my meetings were interupted, obviously not helpful, however 15years Diamond 💎 Maybe a free movie of our choice in sky store for inconvenience?

@SkyUK just had appalling level of service from sky. Rang up to get a problem fixed, nothing can be done until an engineer can come to site in March. Can't discuss compensation until its fixed and refused to put me through to a manager. Then she cut me off.

@SkyHelpTeam I ordered sky broadband over a month ago - it was meant be be activated on Jan 18th, i still have no broadband, my old provider has cancelled because sky were taking over on the 18th of Jan. Sky can’t tell me what the problem is and I don’t know what to do.
