    So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Your customer service an absolute joke. Tried all day to speak to someone but your whole system is seemingly designed to prevent that. I've had a pointless text message that started at lunchtime today! 6 hrs later still no nearer to resolving broadband issue😠

You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.
