@SkyHelpTeam understand you are stretched as all services are. However you planned to install sky today - my 73 yr mother cancelled current provider - no show from Sky despite email day before. Now she will have no broadband, Tv or phone service whilst isolated. Any suggestions

@SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

@SkyHelpTeam why not just pause everyone’s sky sports contract instead of putting us through this shit!! Still can’t do it on line but you tell us not to phone you. Sky is a bloody joke! The sooner I can cancel my sky contract the better. I hope everyone else does the same!

@SkyHelpTeam I just noticed that I continue to pay you £133 per month. Yet my phone hasn’t worked in a month and you won’t send an engineer from Openreach unless you can extort me into extending my contract. Let me know if you’d like to fix it instead.
