@SkyHelpTeam my girlfriend is a key worker doing the test and trace. We have little to no broadband and your website/phone number offers no help other than "sort it yourself" can I speak to a human to get this working!!

@SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

@SkySports you've just said after the Stoke game that Leicester will be looking to hang on to 4th tomorrow the only result that would keep us 4th is a defeat even with sky's big 6 bias you can't believe we'll be looking to get beaten ffs at least try to be professional

@SkyUK feeling really frustrated by customer service team. Going round in circles for many weeks. Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

@SkyHelpTeam I shouldn’t have contact you for a credit you should do that automatically. As we have mobiles with sky, data to help cover the loss of service would be a very helpful offer. @BTCare hubs now have 4g built into their hubs and if you have an older one they send you a 4g hub

@SkyHelpTeam Is there an eta for this yet? One programme currently at 5% download, been at it since Tues. Was told by one of your agents that its our broadband at fault, no mention that it was a known issue at your end! Best off cancelling sky and using my firestick for no monthly charge.
