@TheSharpeEnd I will cancel my sky subscription as soon as possible. @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely useless. Sick to death of their inability to help or advise. Can’t get through online or via telephone. Over £110 a month we spend with Sky and the service we get back is a disgrace!

@SkyHelpTeam Part Two - yous want the broken router back, come and collect it yourself. I’ve being without service for so long and your customer service advisor just replaced a router. No refund for lack of service.
