@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been on the phone for 40 minutes so far. This is the second time I called after being cut off the first time. The call handler spoke for 10 minutes about how much they love Gold Rush and didn’t deal with my call at all. Now I’m waiting for another 15 mins. Terrible!

You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

@SkyHelpTeam your TV based upgrade doesn't work,the app doesn't work. The website doesn't work. The guy on the phone was short and your "thanks for letting me know..." response is also tiresome. The website clearly implies £24 a month with a rolling 31 day contract. Am I right @Ofcom

Friday champs 14-1 cruising no barely any connection issues winning games against top pros like @JonasMK24_. Then over the past 2 days I can't find a game under 50ms absolute joke. @EAHelp Sort out your servers please because I have contacted @SkyUK and they ain't at fault.
