Getting fed up with having to continually reboot my @SkyUK sky Q 2tb box. Will work for a couple of days and then freezes, done the remedial work suggested but continues to be a problem. Ffs it’s annoying

@SkyHelpTeam I appreciate your replies Matt but who is responsible for ‘categorisation’ and why have we been blacklisted? It’s not acceptable and those responsible need to be make aware of this. Do I really have to ask a customer to help when it should never have been allowed to happen?
