Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

So @SkyUK tell us we have to have our broadband updated from the copper piping to fibre. @WeAreOpenreach come to do it 2 days ago! They can’t due to a blockage, we are now disconnected without telephone or BB! Sky say could take 48 hrs frm yest to fix! 😡 NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
