You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam Ok, so how, as a customer, when I go to The Blacklist and see seasons 1-8 across the banner, how am I expected to know that season 8 is different? If there’s a way, please tell me as I don’t recall seeing any difference. Clearly I can’t look back now as season 8 is gone!
