I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out. WIFI coverage will vary from house to house and walls naturally block wireless signals. You will also never get 1Gb speeds over WIFI but you will when you are hardwired with an Ethernet cable.

I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now
