    So @SkyUK finally just replied to me on Messenger. Then said that as I’ve been with them for over 10 days I’ll need an engineer. Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @Ofcom I only get told to speak to someone after 10 days has passed, which is starting to feel like a delaying tactic to be honest. I’ve tried calling and you’re very busy with calls, I haven’t got time to sit in a hold queue. My service isn’t even a week old, I should need to call.

    Interesting that @VodafoneUK say OpenReach confirms a higher minimum speed than @SkyUK are advising I will get as a minimum. On top of that, @VodafoneUK’s own guarantee is higher again too. Maybe I should’ve gone with @VodafoneUK instead. Might cancel @SkyUK not even a week in.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’ve tried a PM, I’ve been told to wait 10 days. Given my speed hasn’t changed since the service was installed 3 days ago I don’t anticipate it changing over the next 7 days. You’re failing to meet the guaranteed minimum speed so let’s see if you can meet it in a week’s time.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already tried calling, you have a message saying you’re very busy and that means sitting on a phone queue. Nobody actually seems to be available to help at all. Really disappointing from a company the size of @SkyUK that it’s so difficult to actually speak and get help.

    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    1.5 hours since starting a chat with @SkyUK support via Facebook Messenger and I’m still being passed to agents. Nobody has spoken to me yet. Time to cancel the service, this is poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m on Facebook Messenger and three times I appear to have been passed around to another agent, three time’s being asked to provide my name and info. Then get told someone will be with me. This is really poor customer service. Come back @virginmedia, all is forgiven.

    @judythevet @FreeviewTV @SkyUK I'm sick to death of constantly turning the volume up and down on the TV. When news items switch to prerecorded stuff. Ads, especially daytime funeral plans. Do they think I'm deaf. You only had to set the sound once, now it's continuous turning up and down.

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven't spoken recently, as every time I call the waiting times are horrendous. Last time they weren't very helpful, eventually sent new sim at my insistence, but with today's issues where I can't even make a call, it's getting ridiculous.
