@MickAmos9 @SkyUK Sky q mesh is awful. But my service is always top drawer from them. Have you gone into the router settings and changed the channels? Also there are free apps that shows conflicts with channels so you know which ones to avoid. 👍🏽

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I was due to have broadband installed yesterday, engineer arrived at 8am, had a look and said he needed a hoist. Not heard anything since, being told that no follow up can happen until the engineer gets back to us which doesn't seem to be happening. Can you help?
