    Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

    @SkySports @SkySportsPL @BarclaysFAWSL Will this be free to air or behind a subscription service? Feel like this sport can grow exponentially if given the opportunity to be free to air for a few years, before allowing access to a select few that can afford sky

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have #SkyQ and the sound keeps dropping out whether a Sky broadcast (live) or Netflix/Disney. Worst on the mini boxes. Majority of time it is just the sound, but can be the picture. Not weather affected. Any ideas or best way to contact?

    @SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

    @SkyHelpTeam This is getting beyond a joke now!! Waiting on the phone for half an hour and still waiting to talk to the 5th person of the day. Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet / phone / TV has been off for over 30 minutes. Rang the helpline, auto message said they are aware of a problem at an exchange box. Will get a text message when it is likely it will be back. 3 people in my house working from home. NEED AN UPDATE ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply, Claire. Someone on Sky Community has since explained that I now need an app password for each device rather than my Sky password. I have done this and the issue is resolved.

We all have different allowances, different renewal dates for new data allowance and we shouldn’t be having to hammer that if we are at home and meant to be connected to WiFi. 10hrs

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, lots of frustration in Durham, particularly from those working from home. An update would be simple courtesy and the very least of a customers expectation, an ETA for a fix would be better. Lack of comms is dreadful for an expensive AND essential service.
