@SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. We need the engineer to come back and change it

@SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

@SkyHelpTeam I have done this testing 4 times today and its still showing that there is a problem and it will take upto 7 days to resolve. Working from home is a nightmare with this problem. There is nothing sky is doing except taking my direct debit and carrying on fobbing me off.
