Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

@SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

@SkyHelpTeam @Fletchy_3088 That’s a sky + box but I had this issue on sky Q I spoke to itv who are aware of this issue and are looking into fixing it so they don’t keep getting added into wrong folder as that weeks worth that you said are missing are there they just been added into wrong folder
