@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkyUK just received a call, apparently from Sky, to say that my signal was poor and that it needed servicing. When I said that everything was fine, the caller went silent. Think there’s some bogus callers posing as Sky operators... just thought you should know

@UtdJL You forgot to add the average subscription fee for sky sports £83 a month i pay for skysports and BT sports without movies £996 a year Costs should come down because of covid not up if they show every game on pay per view then i could live with that as i just cancel Sky & BT

So I ask @Ofcom how I can make a complaint about @SkyHelpTeam. The latter respond and say they can help. Surprise, surprise they can't. I have spent two months on this getting nowhere. Worst of all you can't speak to anyone with authority to deal with the issue.
