    Very happy with the service from @SkyUK today. The customer service representative I spoke to last night was fab, and told me the problem would be fixed within 5 days. It was done within 1! Great service, thank you. 👍🏼

    @marclparry @Emmapinder10 @TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have the same issue - upgraded to sky q with multi room & faster broadband, my WiFi is diabolical and I have to turn it off and use mobile data in the house 😡 I pay a fortune for a crap service .... spending an hour getting through to them isn’t my idea of fun

    @SkyHelpTeam I called you today, the irritating auto voice told me I would have my call answered in 30 minutes.......I hung up after 40 minutes. Shocking ‘customer service’ don’t you think.

    @SkyHelpTeam Again our internet is down this week. It’s becoming a regular occurrence these last few weeks now. We’ve gone through the diagnostics on the site and still nothing is working after 3 hours. Our postcode is M9.

    Digging @SkyUK's VIP program and current attitude to customer loyalty. Just picked up Sky Go Extra for free and a couple of other goodies for being a Diamond customer, and they’ve waved the cost of a replacement box (hard drive gone in old one) without us having to ask.

    @ricNVsilva @brooker106 @SkyUK What law is that? The contracts state that there will be an annual price rise and by taking the service, you agreed to the terms. You’d only pay early termination if you’re in the contracted minimum term that you agreed to.

    Shocking service from @SkyHelpTeam Waiting all day for Sky Broadband to get installed. Missed call from engineer by 3 minutes who claims knocked the door which I sit right next to. Now told won't be rescheduled until next week. Existing broadband getting switched off tomorrow!
