@SkyHelpTeam phoned lazy call centre Broadband ended 5/2 your charging £40.50 BB+Boost (boost not needed as i am fibre) . Removed boost to reduce Ultrafast to £35.50.Never offered faster 145Mb service which is £1 cheaper. Goodbye Sky when my TV contract ends in 3 months.

@SkyHelpTeam if I cancel the £9.99 fee for HD channels on my sky Q box (madness) will I still receive terrestrial TV channels ie BBC (all channels),ITV,C4 in HD as you can receive those for free using an ariel?

Two people working from home for different businesses with no internet since 2am and @skybroadband @SkyHelpTeam saying the soonest they can come out is Thursday! So I expect they will pay for loss of income then ??? Rubbish service!
