Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

@SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

@SkyUK so we are now on day 13 without broadband apparently a fault with the line constantly getting fobbed off. kids trying to do school work this is not good. I wouldnt recommend anyone using your service after this
