@SkyHelpTeam I have no idea how to do that but I have done the line test and it says fault my connection went down the same time as thousands in the country fault with sky not me.

@SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

I see skysports are including agent fees, wages, petrol etc in Haalands fee. I've never once heard the total package for say Van dijk, Allison etc.

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call sky for 4 days and waited over an hour each time. Please can someone get in touch. Bill query you have charged £60 to cancel movies when it was verbally agreed you would waive the cost if I didn’t cancel my whole package
