@SkyHelpTeam My issue is you send an engineer NOT trained in installing sky q boxes to install a sky Q box! That is stupid at best, I took time off work today to be told by your team member he wasn’t trained for the job you sent him on!

Got a call from sales from @SkyUK to join SkyMobile & offered me a good deal so I switched from Vodafone!! From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and they said they'd look into it and it should be resolved in a week. That was over two weeks ago and it's still not working. @SkyUK can I terminate my 5x numbers as I'm not getting the service I'm supposed to receive?
