    @SkyHelpTeam I have a family member who is have a problem with their sky system and she has try contact. On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

    @SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

    @SkyHelpTeam Just that 2 engineers cant fix a problem, both of which said there was a known problem between Sky Q and BT! The tech support also said the same just can find anywhere Sky acknowledging in writing!

    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam How do I find out when a Broadband outage will be fixed, the app says it is my issue and has supposedly setup an engineer visit but I know of other customers in the area having the same problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam Guys you may be interested, you may not. No broadband since last Thursday. All comms so far have led to - yes we know there is an issue, we are working hard to fix it. This is normally resolved in 2 days. So 4 days later - this is still the best I can get?

    @SkyHelpTeam why can I not order a broadband booster online? Seems quite unfair to be holding for 40mins only to be disconnected when all I need to do is request a booster. Sadly I can’t hold endlessly! Please help!
