    Received a text advising of a data breach by @SkyHelpTeam and to ring a number to unlock the account. Sounds dodgy..checked the web page and sure enough confirmation of the breach. Dialled the number and now convinced it is genuinely Sky as there is a 30 minute wait! #service

    @SkyUK have taken yet another £116 from me but still refuse to come and sort my broadband issue out. They placed my box in a place it should have never been placed but want £60 to come and move it . Please do not use sky as they are a rip off #skytv

    @SkyHelpTeam not sure which option to pick....tv, broadband or mobile? I just really need to express my concern and be assured its been passed on to the appropriate team. Its a big issue in our house-my 14yo daughter works with NSPCC to campaign against online bullying and for online safety

    @SkyHelpTeam That page gives me a phone number and when I call it it's going to put me through to one of your broadband specialists to resolve my problem. I've already done that. Another engineer is coming out on Monday. I want to speak to someone about not getting the service I'm paying for.

( for me it's not because I spend the whole game going " who the hell is supposed to be marking him") My issue is they are being made out to be a great side. They ain't that mate. Not by any stretch
