@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkyUK just received a call, apparently from Sky, to say that my signal was poor and that it needed servicing. When I said that everything was fine, the caller went silent. Think there’s some bogus callers posing as Sky operators... just thought you should know

@SkyHelpTeam Your online systems wouldn’t let us update our package. It’s done now though. Main issue now is that it’s showing we have a sports package but we don’t. We have emailed but got no reply.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had this problem for over a year. Sky technical support have already advised that there is no more they can do. BT have been and serviced the line and checked the infrastructure. I’m already paying an extortionate amount for this dreadful quality of service @Ofcom

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all this, called your techs that could not help, there was supposed to be a tech attend my house last Tuesday that got cancelled and we now have to wait until the 23rd February, I have a router 2 boosters and the WiFi absolutely sucks, it has never worked !!!
