    So @SkyHelpTeam can't help and apparently they don't have complaints department. Explained they are leaving a vulnerable adult with message service... send you a new sim card. Won't add data so they can use WhatsApp instead. 12 days this has been going on.

    Broadbandโ€™s kaput, have been running diagnostics for two hours, went out to buy a new ADSL filter/cable only to be told by @SkyHelpTeam that itโ€™s a local issue, it could take up to two days to fix, and they wonโ€™t let us know when itโ€™s working again. Happy Friday, one and all.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I worked in a B.T. call centre after Uni in the 90s. The culture then was cold call and Sell, Sell, Sell. We were tethered to those headsets like battery chicken, calls monitored and sometimes messages mid-call instructing operators of hook language to secure sales. It was awful
