@SkyUK second time an iPhone order has been delayed through you. I should’ve just ordered direct from Apple! And why do you only tell people the day before it’s due to be delivered. I ordered within the first 45 mins of the preorder going live and that was despite the slow site.

@SkyHelpTeam lip syncing issues on Sky Q mini box tv. Switched system/tv off/taken plugs out. Looked at audio/visual settings m changed ‘dig audio delay optical’ settings n changed. Also looked at TV settings. Advice?

Anyone else find it unacceptable service providers like @SkyUK use C19 as a way of completely dropping customer service? Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

I support newcastle and almiron has been known to take a dive. Salah, James, grealish etc. Doesn't change the fact. Kane cheated for this particular case

@SkyHelpTeam my internet bill is going up. The service I've received in the past 12 months has been poor. You've had to call an engineer out on 3 separate occasions and have even had to refund one months bill as my broadband speed was so slow. I'm not prepared to pay more.
