@SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

@SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

@SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

@SkyHelpTeam there seems to be broadband issues in the sy11 area I’ve no internet since about 2 pm and I’m hearing a lot of other sky customers in the area are too without internet. Gets this sorted we are all paying for a service that we can’t use.

All the football TV providers/ streamers need to look at their commentators/pundits as a matter of urgency. Been ridiculously poor for far too long & several need - just dumping completely!

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been down all day in the Oswestry area, Shropshire, loads are the same in the area but when rang you keep telling me it's the hub😡 clearly not ...needs to be addressed ASAP or i for one like alot of others will be moving to BT

@SkyHelpTeam Hey my SkyTV screen looks exactly the same and it’s YOUR fault @SkyTV My SkyQ box defaults to channel 803 and I have no signal. 2nd box fitted last week and still the same problem AND ALL YOU CAN DO IS SAY YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM.

@SkyHelpTeam Booked 2 engineers and said I need them to phone before they come as I will need to leave work. Both times this has not happened and therefore I missed them. Just been on hold for half an hour for sky to hang up and still no internet

@JaidevRamya @SkyHelpTeam A better question is what couldn’t it be. The most likely to cause a lengthy delay are things like cable theft or damage to an exchange, cabinet or pole. Its also near Christmas (annual leave) and there is a lot of sickness going round. Just wait patiently like everyone else

@SkyUK You lot are totally useless. I moved house in November and you were happy to set up a new account in the new address but somehow I’m in debt for the service at the last property!?
