@SkyHelpTeam Your online systems wouldn’t let us update our package. It’s done now though. Main issue now is that it’s showing we have a sports package but we don’t. We have emailed but got no reply.

@UtdJL You forgot to add the average subscription fee for sky sports £83 a month i pay for skysports and BT sports without movies £996 a year Costs should come down because of covid not up if they show every game on pay per view then i could live with that as i just cancel Sky & BT

@SkyUK just received a call, apparently from Sky, to say that my signal was poor and that it needed servicing. When I said that everything was fine, the caller went silent. Think there’s some bogus callers posing as Sky operators... just thought you should know

@SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband and unused home phone going up from £32.50 March to £46.50 April 25th and May then to £69 from June 25th. Really ? Thought it was going up about 10% but not this much. Time to cancel.
