    @SkyHelpTeam so you lock my account. I cant now use Sky Go. I can't login to my account. All because an email account I don't use has been hacked. And to unlock it I have to ring YOU and wait in a 45min queue. The first automated q asked is What's My Password!! NOT answering THAT

    @SkyHelpTeam You misunderstand. I've done all that and have a ticket raised. But your first line support continually put me thru to the 'Sky Apps Team' where I wait in the queue but eventually get hung up on. I go round and round and get nowhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, internet and phone have been down since 1 yesterday afternoon. The service status just says outage in area but hasn’t given an update since 2pm. I work from home and this could lose me business and customers. Any idea when it will be sorted or at least an update?
