Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

If I try to call your telephone system doesn’t recognise me as a sky q customer so I end up waiting for over 1 hour to be put in another queue
