    @SkyHelpTeam Internet down for last 3 1/2 hours in Surbiton Southwest London area. Sky says that internet should return within 72 hours!!!! Is this a joke? No further updates available and Sky website says no broadband problems have been reported. Unbelievable.

    @David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam No point calling them as you have to wait over an hour. No word from sky, other than a general update on skygo to say that there are issues. I’ve been thinking of changing for a while after many problems and this is probably the final straw.

    @SkyHelpTeam It appears to be a DNS issue. If you have a vpn using it resolves the issue, and you can access websites. I’m using @NordVPN
