    Very happy with the service from @SkyUK today. The customer service representative I spoke to last night was fab, and told me the problem would be fixed within 5 days. It was done within 1! Great service, thank you. 👍🏼

    If you’re watching the #ePremierLeague on @SkySports then you need to give your head a wobble. Don’t support it, ridiculous Sky Sports even saw value in the righrs acquisition! That crap belongs on @btsport at the most.

    @GadgetShowTech @SkyUK It was an issue at Sky, they fixed it. In the mean time I used one of the many other ways of accessing Netflix.

    @virginmedia This is the experience I have had of VM ever since I can remember, but it was either you or 6mbps with phone line, but soon I will have fttp with @SkyUK or some other @EE but deffo not you, never ever again @virginmedia.

    @SkyHelpTeam I called you today, the irritating auto voice told me I would have my call answered in 30 minutes.......I hung up after 40 minutes. Shocking ‘customer service’ don’t you think.

    @marclparry @Emmapinder10 @TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have the same issue - upgraded to sky q with multi room & faster broadband, my WiFi is diabolical and I have to turn it off and use mobile data in the house 😡 I pay a fortune for a crap service .... spending an hour getting through to them isn’t my idea of fun

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s now been over two working days since an outage began in my area, so I’m entitled to compensation. Presumably this is for the TV features I can’t access too, as well as broadband? Any updates on repairs would also be appreciated.

    @SkyHelpTeam @BTSopenreach 2/n being told back room team need to cancel the hub before another hub can be sent out. This will take 72 hours! Them who knows when they will dispatch another one. Add to speak to the backroom or a manager to resolve this ASAP this can’t be done @SkyHelpTeam this is appalling

    @SkyHelpTeam need to be doing some help asap. We have no internet despite ordering in the 18th December. You need to resolve this now and get a hub dispatched asap to arrive by tomorrow. That is not beyond your capabilities. It was due to be here on Monday. @lovemoney_com

    @SkyUK Using Sky Q mini box, every time I go to a BBC channel it pops up asking if I want to watch from start. I never do and find this a real annoyance having to dismiss every time. How do I turn it off?

    @SkyHelpTeam I think part of my concern Louise was that, in effect, I was raising the outage at the time, but my only option was to follow Sky's automated diagnostic system which sent me in loops when I tried to find a phone number.

    Contacted Sky maybe 4 weeks about a replacement sky remote as the one they provided did not work this isn't the first time! I'm on my 3 remote as 2 sent didn't work and 2 sky glass as first one speaker popped! Someone please help me get a remote @SkyHelpTeam
