Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! EE was charging me £55 for 500gbs and every time I queried it was because of the service they provided is so much better , I only ever wanted them to sort glitches and had to go through phone robots, now with virgin 1100gbs £30 not a glitch!
