    @SkyHelpTeam The outage is one thing and a nuisance of course, but my real problem is that the hub is persistently crashing / restarting and reporting this was due to a kernel panic. An outage shouldn't cause this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. My current contract expires in September. Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Any help would be appreciated!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

    When I record "The Bill," on @UKTV Drama and come to watch it, my SkyQ remote controller stops working, as in no fast forward, no rewind, no pause, the exit button doesn't work, and this goes on for a few minutes. No other recordings behave like this. @SkyHelpTeam any ideas?

    @Aaron1CFC @LampardIsBetter @SkySports I’m not saying players (especially ours) don’t go down easily but Sons was never a foul in the opinion of mine and many others. Even the ref in real time didn’t deem it a foul and he had the clearest view of it.
