    Woeful customer service from @SkyUK broadband. After 20 years as a Sky customer & 90 mins + this evening spent on a call trying to resolve dreadful internet connectivity & speed, their only advice was “feel free to move” #fail

    @fuzzyhive @SkyHelpTeam Most likely that the wireless connection is being interfered with then it has to pass through the TV. Not likely a mew remote is going to fix that so you’ll have to move your Q box to a sensible position or go without that functionality

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank Nathan but this is not a "technical issue" you can fix, it's a system level issue. It's the ridiculous hoops Sky Q makes you jump through to reconnect equipment that has always been connected. Push this button, go and press this button on another device, restart this etc

    @SkyHelpTeam it seems there’s a bug with your @SkyNews app for Amazon Fire TV where audio keeps playing after exiting app & returning to Home Screen. I’ve spoken to @AmazonHelp & determined no issues with my Firestick, it looks like a bug with your recently updated app

    @SkyUK please explain why I can only watch 1 sky q mini box when I should be able to watch 2 or 3. I'm paying for a service that isn't working and I'm getting hacked off with it. I have an ill son who wants TV in his bedroom, a wife comforting our poorly 9 month old, who needs tv
