So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

@SkyHelpTeam @JoeAgnew10 Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

@skytv @skyhelpteam Be aware when cancelling sky services. I cancelled last August when I moved received 2 confirmation emails. However, checked my statement & over £1000 has been taken over the months. Called Sky & because I hadn't specifically cancel TV they kept charging! Sky
