    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. My current contract expires in September. Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Any help would be appreciated!

    @SkyHelpTeam The outage is one thing and a nuisance of course, but my real problem is that the hub is persistently crashing / restarting and reporting this was due to a kernel panic. An outage shouldn't cause this.

    @Ppreally111Pp @SkyHelpTeam @skytv it had ran out so began getting emails ratcheting up costs unless I contacted them. Phone call alone cost £24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.

    Had to telephone @SkyHelpTeam @skytv to sort contract details out. Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

    @SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

    @SkyHelpTeam No thanks. You can’t deal with the Aussie over social media so I will be expected to fill in another form or make a call. Again just highlighting how rubbish your call centres are. Again, no need to respond. I’m just venting before I cancel my contract. Have a great day.

    @doramaryheal @SkySports Jesus wept if there’s been good progress then lord knows how bad it was before. How can you watch just poor football unless it’s like your family or friend. Surely just supporting or watching the mens equivalent team is the obvious thing to do?

    @futter_mark @SkyUK @TalkTalk I hope things work out well for you naturally, however Talk Talk were dreadful for me. Absolute shocking service then charge you fees for cancelling despite their service not being up to scratch and then refusing to back down. Resulted in stain on my credit. Scumbags
