    @SkyUK would love to return to Sky, still have my dish, but had too many problems due to the dish having to be on the roof due to house position. Too often lost signal due to weather, and insurance expensive, whereas at least with Virgin all maintenance is included.

    @bt_uk absolutely dreadful customer service. Elderly parents moving house and need an active landline and you can’t even get the number transfer correct despite numerous promises and telephone calls. Highly recommend to any of my colleagues not to move from @SkyUK back to BT!

    @SkyHelpTeam When you download the app it tries to start but the screen just goes black. Only way out is to turn the system off again. Downloaded the app a few times and it happens every time. Tried on different TVs too. I think there is an issue with the app on the PlayStation store
