@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

@carljohnstone @SkyHelpTeam @Ubiquiti You’ll be pleased to know I fixed this…. Disconnected all the mini boxes and everything returned to normal with the main box and everything else in the network. Plugged them back in 1 at a time. When I plugged the 3rd one in it went batshit again…
