    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my broadband has been fantastic until about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have had multiple outages, only for 5 to 10 seconds. Long enough to take down my Sky Glass and home automation. Can I ask why. Plus what is the future, the same or not.

    I find it very strange that @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam don't allow you to remove TV add-ons from your account as and when you choose. The BT and EE Packages are looking better by the minute. If I want to cancel something, I shouldn't have to call. It's 2022 this needs to be fixed asap.
