    @SkyHelpTeam you have text me to tell me that my email has been blocked due to a security concern and to login to change my password. When I try it gives me a phone number to call, when I call the number it tells me I will apparently be on hold for an hour! 😱😱

    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    @SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam can you help. I've had no Internet since Friday morning. I can't work. Cant use catch up, multiroom or anything on my sky. I've also used up most of my allowance. And I'm just being fobbed off by your customer service team. It's a disgrace. I pay a fortune for sky!
