When I try to login it tells me there is a problem and to call a number... percent tells me that I will be on hold for an hour!! 😱😱...

When I try it gives me a phone number to call, when I call the number it tells me I will apparently be on hold for an hour! 😱😱

Wasted two hours on my day off, they refused to help me, spent 45 mins explaining their cancellation policy to them. Cancelling was the best thing I did.
