    @SkyHelpTeam you have text me to tell me that my email has been blocked due to a security concern and to login to change my password. When I try it gives me a phone number to call, when I call the number it tells me I will apparently be on hold for an hour! 😱😱

    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    @SkyUK Why am I still waiting an hour after Kieran in your technical team promised to call me to assist with my broadband - and this was in response to a complaint !!! Very pee-poor customer service which you wouldn't get with a competitor !!!! Swift action now required please !

    @SkyHelpTeam It's quite simple really. I have sent a message to you on your mysky app and if Sky is not working by COB Monday, you can collect your boxes on my pavement. Skyq makes Lotus notes look good!

    @SkyHelpTeam you’ve apparently blocked my e mail account due to a security concern, your text tells me to login and change my password. When I try to login it tells me there is a problem and to call a number... percent tells me that I will be on hold for an hour!! 😱😱...

    @SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam So the replacement router made no difference. Was just on phone to Sky technician, who was trying to help. Call dropped and multiple attempts to get through automated system failed. Clearly it’s designed to put people off calling Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam having issues calling certain numbers from sky landline and mobile. Says number does not exist when they do and can dial from other numbers. Quick google search shows this may be a problem, how can I resolve it please as news to make calls

    @SkySports I'm a big fan of football.. but currently there are a big problem in Indonesia.. Our federation just stop all comp. from 2nd tier league and below. There is no degradation for the top tier. Please bring it up and let the world now, how bad is our Federation

    @SkyHelpTeam Well your team is not that competent enough to provide any assurance. In fact there isn't even an acknowledgement that the issue is with sky so not sure if they can resolve it either. Feel should go ahead with other ISP!

    @laillidraws @SkyHelpTeam Its pretty self explanatory in the name really. You are also told about it in the key facts and renewal break down either by the agent on the phone or by the computer screen online. So you either didn’t listen or didn’t understand through ignorance or incompetence.
