The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

When I try to login it tells me there is a problem and to call a number... percent tells me that I will be on hold for an hour!! 😱😱...

Unfortunately we can’t cancel as we’re in contract but will be doing so when we’re not.

The money showed as pending in the bank. Turns out payment wasn't taken, person has accrued charges & out of pocket
