@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

Day 3 of no internet...I have work to do, half the house runs on internet and when I call @SkyHelpTeam it just says 'we know there's a problem. We have no other information for you' Can't use my phone as a hotspot anymore. I need a new wifi provider because this is diabolical
