    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not addressed to me, I have no idea who the person is, it’s generic marketing but surely if we were a VIP customer you’d realise you don’t need to sell Sky to this address. It’s lazy poor marketing by Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @SkyHelpTeam They have done this a dozen times, nobody they speak to has direct contact details and each time fobs them off and never calls back. So why don't you get someone who can help them. Furthermore why is it that it's me who had to send a 4G modem, why not you?

    @SkyHelpTeam @JonnySykes Sky, the whole of BD13 is down. I know a minimum of 11 people on Sky that have reported this already. I am the same as Jonny here. Why isn’t your website updating correctly? The issue is with Thornton exchange. BT customers are getting hourly updates from Openreach.
