    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyHelpTeam Well there is no guarantee that I will remain a customer, considering so far, the service has been absolutely terrible, and the customer service just as bad when I contact them. But if there is no way for promise to pay then I cant remain a customer. Sky just arent flexible.

    I’m ******* sick to death of the poor Internet service that I get from both @SkyHelpTeam and @ThreeUKSupport I’m sick of repeating myself. I’m sick of constantly reporting it and nothing happening. I’m sick of apologising to my colleagues because I get thrown out of meetings.
