    @hollywood_niall @timpayton @SkySports Exactly. I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyUK how do I get support with a landline fault when online tools don’t fix the issue & you won’t accept calls?? I’m getting very frustrated with a very unhelpful service.

    @SkyHelpTeam No no you must be joking I have tried calling it's a joke and let's talk about the white noise that happens after waiting 11.2 mins every time I call. To make me hang up. Either get someone to message me or call or your gone.

    @SkyHelpTeam @CountDuval Andy what Sky are saying here is it’s not their fault that your service isn’t working. Shame they have to rely on a network provider otherwise it would be perfect all the time

    Watching these Autumn international replays against the @AllBlacks , @Springboks and @RugbyAUS on @SkySports you would think @EnglandRugby never lost a game against them!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @MuttleyLD @SkySports As a neutral I never got the impression Tyler dislikes any team. But if he did, maybe it’s because Carragher is so obviously biased for Liverpool that he’s going out of his way to level it up. I don’t believe that for one second but it would be hilarious if true

    @SkyUK can you tell me why we constantly have problems with WiFi connectivity? We even have the booster box in the hall way. (WiFi box in the living room) so it’s literally half way. Any help would be brilliant.......

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to return my sky glass. The tv is crap! It’s not 4K the sound is horrible. Anything dark on the tv you can’t see it. I would like to return it. I’ve tried calling. It just hangs up.

    @SkyHelpTeam can't help but feel for the couple of weeks we've had sky glass we've downgraded from sky Q - so much missing currently - especially the fight tonight. It is shown to be the latest product, but it isn't. It's a streaming Sky Lite version.

    @SkyHelpTeam Already had plenty of calls. They won’t listen. Why would I steal it? I want to use it!! I even swapped the iphone12 I originally was sent for the SE. If I was a phone thief why wouldn’t I just keep the 12?! I am so upset to be branded a scammer, I’m a loyal customer.🙁
