😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam It has been saying no issues all afternoon but the only devices that we have been able to keep connected has been two pc, even the sky box which is hard wired could not connect. Have restarted other devices and made no difference and down load speed has been in single digits
