    @iainlee @SkyHelpTeam Most of it is down to Openreach and Virgin, who own the buried cabling and digital equipment, most companies are nothing more than frontends

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @hhjambo @SkyUK Set up TV but it just keeps shutting down. Then we cannot access on phone or laptop as the ‘code is already used’ or ‘code not recognised’. Such a shame as we’ve been looking forward to it for weeks!

    @SkyHelpTeam so only had sky for a week or so already had engineer out as router wasn’t working then tonight mum tries to join her weekly zoom meeting and nothing happening absolutely useless she only want internet twice a week what a let down
