    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyUK how do I get support with a landline fault when online tools don’t fix the issue & you won’t accept calls?? I’m getting very frustrated with a very unhelpful service.

    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyUK can you tell me why we constantly have problems with WiFi connectivity? We even have the booster box in the hall way. (WiFi box in the living room) so it’s literally half way. Any help would be brilliant.......

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam No no you must be joking I have tried calling it's a joke and let's talk about the white noise that happens after waiting 11.2 mins every time I call. To make me hang up. Either get someone to message me or call or your gone.

    @swissbertie @NUFCLC @SkySports 100% a penalty. The real issue was it was over the 4 mins of added time. There was 1 added min in the first half and the ref blew up before the 46th min. Why do they see fit to add more than the allotted time in the 2nd half? There were no stoppages after 90 mins to justify it.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain why as a 10year+ customer, Fibre 300 and 500 are £40 or £43, but as a brand new customer I can get the exact same broadband for £28? Seems a bit crazy over two years I’m charged nearly £300 extra for being a loyal customer?

    @SkyUK absolutely disgusting service, on Sunday they cut off my mums broadband for no reason, my mum is a terminal lung cancer patient and has had to move out of her home. They are also trying to create some sort of cover up by claiming a 3rd party had put in connection request!

    Hi @skytv @SkyHelpTeam one of your salesman knocked his door cold calling and has convinced a 77 year old man that he needs super fast fibre broadband, do you target the elderly on purpose or do you not discriminate? He has no idea what he’s signed up for. Poor poor tactics

He clearly has an agenda against us and as paying customers this isn’t good enough. FYI, If Spurs do go down Sky will lose a whole load of Spurs supporting subscribers including myself.

    @SkySports The funny thing is Jamie saying that kinsky is pretty much rubbish despite him already playing 35 percent of the games that Jamie has and if he played same amount of years as Jamie he would play 5 percent more than Jamie so if kinsky is as bad as he says then Jamie is ****
