    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @hollywood_niall @timpayton @SkySports Exactly. I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam No no you must be joking I have tried calling it's a joke and let's talk about the white noise that happens after waiting 11.2 mins every time I call. To make me hang up. Either get someone to message me or call or your gone.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help. I’ve selected “off” on the “PIN on pre-watershed playback” option and I still have to enter the PIN every time I’m watching something with an age rating above 12. This is annoying

    @JJABBAL 25 million per player really. I mean it is what it is. Skysports showed it yesterday they have an outstanding agenda against us. That doesn't help fans perceptions but 150 on 6 for rebuilding a dead squad isnt bad?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have also been through that endless loop of your online help, check signal in area, check device settings, check signal, check device. It’s madness and does not change the fact there is no signal in this area.
