    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyUK why are you closed, it says call back between 7am and 11pm have already been through the IVR to be told call back at 8:45, did this now closed, awful

    @SkyHelpTeam No no you must be joking I have tried calling it's a joke and let's talk about the white noise that happens after waiting 11.2 mins every time I call. To make me hang up. Either get someone to message me or call or your gone.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam They says it ok when it’s connected then when it drops out, to keep repeating the steps. Gets annoying repeating the steps every 20/30 mins though. I’ll be ringing later to cancel my tv and broadband anyways.

    @SkyHelpTeam please can you explain why series link isn't setting up recordings for new series. I thought Sky removed Never Miss because it was now capable of this but I've missed two series recently that were not recorded plus shows that suddenly change and aren't connected.

    @SkyHelpTeam for the last few weeks our sky q box has been losing the satellite signal multiple times a day and we keep having to reset the box. This is incredibly annoying and impacting on how much we can watch. Can this be fixed please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Brilliant thanks. Also sometimes when I click to a channel it gives me the restart programme option but not every time. Is this only on certain channels or is it still a bit of teething problems?
