@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@MuttleyLD @SkySports As a neutral I never got the impression Tyler dislikes any team. But if he did, maybe it’s because Carragher is so obviously biased for Liverpool that he’s going out of his way to level it up. I don’t believe that for one second but it would be hilarious if true

@SkyUK disappointed at your attitude towards my parents who are pensioners. They called in December to tell you they can’t afford package and was pressured into an up sell. Now they are being told not to buy food but to pay your bills which you won’t let them cancel!

@SkyHelpTeam Whatever... Fellow villagers had their engineer visit cancelled by text at short notice and with no explanation. Others were told there was an area wide issue. I have an engineer booked for the morning. I wonder whether they will come? How does the guaranteed service refund work?

@NIDHALL_ @RWBest @SkySports They do in some countries, yes. Others its still frowned upon as a piss take or put down. So who is to say where you can and can't use it. Am sure now evra will realise it was bad taste when done it.
