    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam That is exactly what I did! I looked bad vn see that exchanging data offers you a maximum of £5 from an item (coincidentally not making them any cheaper than other suppliers). It used to be a great system where you could exchange for much higher reductions in price!

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t let me sign in at all. Comes up with an error on the tv as well as the same error when trying to use Discovery+ but both work on main box.
