    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyUK your sky go app is rubbish at trying to watch recordings of the Q box. If I’m going to just stream it I might as well cancel the sky subscription!

    @SkyHelpTeam That's really poor. I pay a tonne of money for Sky every month, a quite obscene amount to be frank, and still it doesn't provide me with a service that the app can allow me to conveniently view content through *MY* phone/Sky Go account on a separate household's TV if I'm there.
