@SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

@SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

Watching MOTD rn with no pundits and no commentary, let’s just say….. it sucks. BBC are slippin if Sky snatch up Lineker, Wright and Shearer MOTD is gunna be soooooo dead moving forward. But you gotta pay for SkySports though so what will I watch?! 😩😭😭

@SkyHelpTeam done 7 times in 2 months they never send them. There is a fault at your repairs dept computer it generates a request but does not result in envelope coming out. Or email with pdf being sent . I wish to have my 7 request seen to first before going further
