    @SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, trying to cancel my tv/broadband as I’m leaving the country, but having some issues with this, as it’s only giving me the option to book in an engineer for moving house, but since you don’t provide in Belgium, this doesn’t really work for me. Please can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for positive news. Others seem less encouraging - eg "@denmellen all UK is moving to digital (Internet based) 📞 service. The current system is closing. Sky, BT, TalkTalk, Virgin & 600+ other providers are migrating customers onto Digital Voice service." Me - PANIC!

    @SkyHelpTeam there was a broadband outage in TR12 area last night, possibly BT/Openreach works being carried out. Nothing was showing on service checker but lots of customers impacted. Surely you must be aware of any planned outages? Thanks
