@SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

@SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

@SkyUK Internet has gone off, half an hour later after multiple online help rubbish, it says I need to book an engineer. But if I want it fixed quickly it's £15! My box is working, it lets me connect but theres no internet! I shouldn't have to pay to get it fixed quickly!

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Stream remote faulty, reported 8.30 Tuesday morning. Told should get replacement next day. Still nothing. 1.5 hrs on phone yesterday, no help, says now 5 working days. Why? New customer gets it within 24 hours. No tv. No real apology and no help at all. Shocking.
