    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, was shocked to see my direct debit had increased to £44 and taken out of my account this morning. Not happy. This is really expensive for Sky without any packages. Please get it back to what it was or I will cancel altogether. Thanks. Please advise.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it’s very poor, Sky replaced it last year and the replacement is no better, constantly dropping the Wi-Fi signal for no reason. The newer hub is far superior but you won’t supply it unless I pay for sky boost and are happy for me to leave on that basis.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was in touch today and after negotiations we arrived somewhere near where the price needed to be, however I have an old Q hub router and for the sake of providing me with your newer Hub Sky are happy to lose me as a customer as you want to charge me more to have this equipment.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hmm, I've had an Open Reach engineer round on Saturday morning. He left saying it would be fixed within the hour! I've taken to a public platform as a last resort to attempt to get some response. Sky seem to be passing it on to Open Reach, but I'm a Sky customer?
