@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, was shocked to see my direct debit had increased to £44 and taken out of my account this morning. Not happy. This is really expensive for Sky without any packages. Please get it back to what it was or I will cancel altogether. Thanks. Please advise.

@SkySports Please stop your awful campaign of "Once" it's like hearing someone scratching on a blackboard. It's really annoying and quite stupid because most people choose when to watch live events as catch up still has that feeling if you don't know the results.

@SkyHelpTeam The best thing I have done this year is leave Sky! I will never use them again!Stop insisting that i call you regarding my account and equipment!! 3 times I have called on between and hour/hour and a half call time for the same issue and you still can’t sort it out!
