@SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, was shocked to see my direct debit had increased to £44 and taken out of my account this morning. Not happy. This is really expensive for Sky without any packages. Please get it back to what it was or I will cancel altogether. Thanks. Please advise.

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t think it is down to the person receiving the goods to chase the product. Legally Its the sender who needs to chase it and then decide if a replacement is needed. The tracker shows it’s still at a national hub, which one? How long do I wait until a replacement is sent out?

@SkyHelpTeam we booked an engineer yesterday to come tomorrow as no satellite signal. Tv working fine now. Cancelled engineer 3 times on app, 1 time on website, and 1 time replying to a txt from you, yet appointment still showing. How do we cancel?

@nixnoc @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK If you can’t afford it then cancel it and pay the ETCs you agreed when you signed the contract. Its a premium/luxury product so if you’re too poor then you need to live within your means
