    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, was shocked to see my direct debit had increased to ยฃ44 and taken out of my account this morning. Not happy. This is really expensive for Sky without any packages. Please get it back to what it was or I will cancel altogether. Thanks. Please advise.

    @SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits weโ€™re really disappointed.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam The so-called broadband that we pay for us is non-existent. Surely this is some form of theft now. WiFi drops out on mobiles, tablet lags, it takes two hours to watch one episode due to the buffering and now our Echo doesnโ€™t work. Please please god fix it.

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and itโ€™s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and itโ€™s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkySports They went back several phases to fish out the foul which led them to chalk off the goal. They could had applied same due diligence to also go back even beyond the Salah incident to the one Macallister fouled the Egyptian in the box prior to the switch of play to Salah - unfair!
