@SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

@SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

Just had #skybroadband phone us to tell us there is a problem with our broadband. When we said "There isn't a problem, we don't think you actually work for sky" they said "Shut up, of course we do." Either @SkyHelpTeam have really poor customer service or it was a scam...!

@SkyHelpTeam just tuned in to Sky Movies at 7am (something I never do normally) to watch new Zack Synder movie which has received tremendous amount of publicity either side of the Atlantic only to find Sky have pulled it at the last second. Typically sky giveno explanation at all
