    Hate it when clear corners get missed, it happens in the prem so so often which is infuriating given the 1001 cameras! In addition whilst ranting, the rule that never gets followed - keepers holding the ball for 15/20 seconds. #PremierLeague #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep, but strange your website just comes up with an error, while the agent said straight away it's your email address which is the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam why is it so difficult to find a number to contact sky, I need to cancel a package but not able to do it on line as it says I need to contact sky but it doesn’t say how! Please anyone? A number I can get through on please!

    No @NOWTV_It I’m not paying 9.99 for each race when I was paying @SkySports 4.99 for the whole of sky sports before they closed the app down on the 7th July

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I am having major problems trying to activate discovery + . I have followed the instructions to a T and all I get is a message upgrade to watch and a blue box with retry . When I first got discovery plus free subscription a year ago it was so easy please help

    Come on @SkyUK your website is awful, and your customer service is worse. I've been 20min on the phone with two different people to change my mobile account address. And now that's updated, I still can't order a phone as it still shows the old address at checkout 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyUK since I moved into my new flat, both upload and download speeds from you guys have been absolutely abysmal. My Sky says there are no issues in my area and I should have good speeds, but it sucks

    @SkyHelpTeam That's just another complaint into a system moving just as slowly as your call centre system is moving. Everything is a 3-5 day turnaround, it would be nice if in situations like this where we are being seriously affected by your company there is a real person we can email direct
