    @SkyHelpTeam guys the VIP app is soooo bad. I canโ€™t tell if Iโ€™m still in a ballot or not and donโ€™t want to risk entering another until I know. You should get a notification if you were unsuccessful or something

    @SkyUK on my second sky q box in 6 months and still got lip sync issues which never had on old HD+ box what is going on Iโ€™ve been a customer for almost 20 years and never had so many issues with a box
