    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I received a text this morning from Sky, reporting a fault with my broadband (It seemed to be working ok) and openreach are working to fix this. The engineer left at midday and the broadband is not working.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello , that’s the same link I’ve used before ! It tells you to call as it can’t be cancelled on the app ! I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

    @JustBeingGayMe @SkyUK …file of the programme being uploaded directly. While The Box Plus Network don’t have the same back up systems, so as The Box has been working, it is being used as a back up feed. (Red Bee suffered a fire incident last Saturday, which has broken their servers)

    @Hannah_c_casey @SkyUK Even so, concerns people may have about this becoming the future of the service have validity because I can't see many people being happy about the concept of having to get a whole new TV just to watch Sky if this indeed becomes the only way to get Sky TV.

    @SkyHelpTeam so disgusted. A guy answer the call saying "yes" after I explained everything I the though the guy was saying on the phone "send me your wires" turns out it was device. He tutted at me saying "they don't even sound alike". Seriously I pay for the worse service ever
