@SkyHelpTeam Internet has been down since 6pm last night. Throughout the year, you probably owe us customers a couple of hundred pounds, if not more, for the amount of hours we’re sitting without internet and having to use our data. When are you going to fix this? #sky

Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

@SkyHelpTeam There’s a major outage covering several postcodes & all service providers so it’s amazing that you “don’t have any information” especially when I do a connection test at it tells me there is a problem you’re working to fix. What I would like to know is what’s the ETA for the fix?

@CroftyF1 @fia Not tarnished, absolutely destroyed… sorry but FIA marking their own homework will not work, best solution would be to publicially clean house, discuss the facts and show consequences of the RD actions however painful it may have been. Skysports & f1 just lost another customer.
