@SkyHelpTeam Nothing at all on mini Qbox. Problems in area allegedly ok now. Been through everything as per on screen but now there is problem with finding Sky QBox on network! Error MR104. Only had Sky for 2 weeks not happy!!

So @SkyHelpTeam can't help and apparently they don't have complaints department. Explained they are leaving a vulnerable adult with message service... send you a new sim card. Won't add data so they can use WhatsApp instead. 12 days this has been going on.

Getting so hacked off with this #SkyQ box. It’s obvious reading online the box is only set up for using sky broadband which I don’t have and don’t want. I’ve connected it via Ethernet and still having major issues. Anyone got any ideas on how to get it working? @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but yesterday was the last straw I’ll be swapping suppliers in the near future. I’ve had more issue with Sky in the 12 months I’ve been with you than I had with my previous supplier in 20 years

Must say @SkyUK customer service has been awful. 15th june I was meant to be set up. It is now 15th july and they text saying please wait till 23rd july for an update. No offer of another service until mines sorted, just told me to go buy mifi. Ridiculously poor😡 @SkyHelpTeam
