But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

If i had known this i wouldn’t have changed from my previous supplier !! Am i correct in thinking im now out of the cooling off period so i cant cancel !!

Used to ask them to cancel and every time they’d eventually drop the price, but got bored of having to play this game after 25 years and finally ditched them! Best decision ever haven’t missed it once, Netflix and Prime fill the gap so much cheaper.
