    @SkyUK thanks a lot , only had sky installed last month & received a letter today telling me its going up £6 !! If i had known this i wouldn’t have changed from my previous supplier !! Am i correct in thinking im now out of the cooling off period so i cant cancel !!

    @WDWMrWomble @SkyUK It doesn't it's just Sky's usual way of ripping you off. The number of price Increases in the last few years are obscene their fibre speeds are shite and the sky Q is the worst system I've ever seen.

    @SkyHelpTeam Disappointed (actually disgusted) to see that 75% loss of broadband service for over a month results in a goodwill gesture of £14 and that’s it. Let’s ignore the fact that I had to ring you 6 times and be fed various stories from your call operators.

    @skyhelpteam @nowtvhelp Your 1471 service is terrible! I’d rather the date first like Monday 2nd January at 7:15pm rather than telnumber:year:month:day:time and the voice is so slow

    @VeryCisEnby @SkyHelpTeam @FaustFury Firstly they won’t be paying anything because the service isnt active and secondly they’ve admitted working from home and have complained about loss of earnings, both of which are not covered with a domestic broadband product and are actually against TCs so hows about you do one

    @SkyHelpTeam The automated system tells me there is a problem at the exchange box, and they will send a text when fixed, I can't go any further to speak to anyone as the phone call finishes after that.

No point raising complaints because nothing happens. They just literally don't care about their own screw ups & bad attitudes.
