    @SkyHelpTeam can sky answer the sodding phone. And then admit their service is ****. Brand new router and yet again, Internet drops, do all step by step stuff nd still now. Again authentication problems. Just wanna cancel plz sky!

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m still struggling, can you provide a direct number for the technical team, as having issues with my main box as well as multi room box and it’s been like this for over a week! Paying for something I can’t use and the service to get through is horrendous

    @SkyHelpTeam @x_Jables_x Did you get this fixed? I have had the same issue, slow net since Tuesday and no net since Thursday. Sky say no issue, line test is all good. Yet there are lots of people on twitter reporting the exact same thing.

    @SkyHelpTeam on Tuesday we lost our home and all our possessions in a wildfire. We have nothing and need to hold onto every penny for our two children. Everyone has been great, Sky offered me a free home move. A 15 year VIP customer and that's all they could do. Appalling.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no signal to call and it’s pouring down outside to get signal. I should be able to sort this out via an online chat like most other companies let you. Never had this problem with talktalk or bt
