    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Liam. Auntie doesn’t think her broadband is affected. She can make outgoing calls, the problem seems to be that the phone doesn’t ring for incoming calls.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a very disappointed with the service i am getting right now from Sky as I’ve been billed for something that i have not subscribed to there’s a error somewhere & there’s really a high bill sky customer service on the phone have not been much of a help
