@SkyHelpTeam The number of times since that I’ve had members of your sales team contact me trying to get me to stay as well is ridiculous. Each time I’ve had to tell them it’s because you don’t service my new area and then you hit me with a near £100 termination charge!

@SkyHelpTeam my internet wire is broken. it was broken at beginning of 1st quarantine and he “patched it up temporarily”. The patching has broke now, probably from the weather. Give me the phone number to book an engineer. No internet so can’t do online step. Phone only.

Got home to no @SkyUK broadband last night & hearing that my daughter missed an online lesson due to this. Tried contacting them. 🤯 I finally get an sms 12hrs later with an online link. Wonder if the service would’ve been quicker if I wanted to upgrade with them.
