Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

Internet still down. @SkyUK engineer was supposed to come between 8am and 1pm. It’s now 1:30pm with no engineer or communication and you can’t even call them without a 45 minute wait. Oh and I got charged £65 for the engineer visit. Make it make sense 🤔
