    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is there are no updates. All it says is there is an outage. What your customers need is an estimated time on when our services will be back and up and running. It says it takes a couple of hours but it's been over 12!
