But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

Let’s ignore the fact that I had to ring you 6 times and be fed various stories from your call operators.

Each time I’ve had to tell them it’s because you don’t service my new area and then you hit me with a near £100 termination charge!
