    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalled in 2021 you can leave a student in the middle of exams without access to the internet for 7 days!! and only advise they have to wait for a in home technician. Im due to be on a zoom call (COVID), please help! how can yo leave us like this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account
