    Absolutely ridiculous service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - installed on the 9th November but nothing working till the 19th November!!! Paying for 100s of channels but receiving only 5 in that time!!

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Yes, a yellow for Son breaking down play. Gomes is knocked off balance and collides in to Aurier. Aurier is not at fault. (Ps I don’t support either team #nobias )

    @SkyHelpTeam hi can you help please my wife has been trying to call you guys all day to no avail. Our sky broadband is so slow. WiFi on phones hardly working. Can’t download on Sky Q - ongoing problem very frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam that failed as its says can not be rebuilt in diskless mode. Turn off and restart, tried that - no different!!! HELP! 2/2

    @SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

    The @virginmedia amazing service continues, pay £13.99 for a film that you cannot watch due to technical error 🙄 look online, seems common & responses unhelpful, hurry up @SkyUK & get faster broadband here so I can switch!

    @SkyUK as a Sky VIP. Try to buy a movie Sky Store #fail. Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Doesn’t feel very VIP!!

    Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

    @SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

    .@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

    @ricNVsilva @brooker106 @SkyUK What law is that? The contracts state that there will be an annual price rise and by taking the service, you agreed to the terms. You’d only pay early termination if you’re in the contracted minimum term that you agreed to.

    Shocking service from @SkyHelpTeam Waiting all day for Sky Broadband to get installed. Missed call from engineer by 3 minutes who claims knocked the door which I sit right next to. Now told won't be rescheduled until next week. Existing broadband getting switched off tomorrow!
