@MajorGowen_ @glosuk68 @SkyHelpTeam 3/3 .... which time I have struggled to maintain my subscriptions for a service package which has barely been used ! I gave up trying to contact them for help (ie contract pause, payment reduction or rebate perhaps) as a result but am currently in some difficulty over it.

@SkyHelpTeam can you help please. We have sky glass and this week added sky sports. Currently watching in uhd and have to say I’m very disappointed with the quality. The colours don’t appear to vibrant and there also appears to be dark shadow lines vertically on the screen.
