    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    @TheGamerGal97 @_ITSMILNER @SkyHelpTeam When it comes to Sky Broadband, I've learnt after 5 years of near constant problems that it's the worst provider, but they are the only providers to cover my area, I'd rather be with Virgin Media for speed alone.

    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Seems to be intermittent, can you confirm the extent the problem is please? Our main box shows on demand services one moment then says problem with connection. The bedroom box is a total loss of signal.
