Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

@SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

@SkyHelpTeam your broadband checker claims service is fine but it has been mostly non usable, intermittently working for a few seconds every half hour since about 10am in SO17 postcode. Lots of people in the area experiencing the same. Having to use 4G
