    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down again. There was a network issue in our area that was fixed around 1pm but it appears to have reoccurred. The help sections on the app and the website won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Could you please escalate to an engineer ASAP?

    @SkyHelpTeam really terrible service. can't get through on the phone. shouldn't be this hard to renew and downgrade my sky package. Website says open till 9pm, phone says open till 8pm. What use is it being "VIP Diamond" when service is this bad?
