    @SkyHelpTeam is it standard practice for your staff to hang up on disabled customers in crisis? Because it just happened to me and I am livid. My issue was resolved after calling back and speaking with the lovely Aisha who resolved my issue quickly >

    36 Hours without internet access...trying to reach the right department to address it with @SkyUK took five hours a fault at the exchange...the advisors I spoke with (apart from Jordan) were great but overall their customer service was abysmal
