@SkyHelpTeam Broadband been down since yesterday. Had a message to say it was fixed this morning. Worked for an hour and now nothing again. Now there’s conveniently ‘a problem in my area’. When will this be fixed? I need internet to work... can’t speak to a person.

@SkyHelpTeam I've already done all of this. Everything seems fine other than not getting promised speeds which really. Take the money idc at this point. But stops working at midnight for like 40 minutes that is not a problem on my end.

@SkyHelpTeam It says no known issues so clearly something is wrong. I can't get anyone to check as the account is in my husband's name and he is at work. They wouldn't go through things with him as he isn't at home. Catch 22, meanwhile I can't work.
