    So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    @TigramG @HillF1 @SkySports Still bitter over Schumacher and 94 for sure! For me I’ve got no problem with Lewis winning titles it’s just very boring, they used to say the same about Schuey but this ********** is longer thanks to minimum regulation change.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have had no Internet for the last 3 days and when I run self test it states that it can't identify our hub😡 upgraded our broadband recently after having numerous issues since November. Have rang at least 10 times now to resolve issues, total joke!

    Once again it's a @SkyHelpTeam installation day and yet again I won't get my service - no one even bothered to call me to tell - I had to log into my account. The last time it took three months to sort... useless! You are useless too @OpenreachHelp - it's your engineer!
