    @SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

    The @virginmedia amazing service continues, pay £13.99 for a film that you cannot watch due to technical error 🙄 look online, seems common & responses unhelpful, hurry up @SkyUK & get faster broadband here so I can switch!

    @SkyUK as a Sky VIP. Try to buy a movie Sky Store #fail. Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Doesn’t feel very VIP!!

    @SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

    .@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry for the late reply. I was advised the text is for the resolution. And all day the broadband has been playing up. Even resetting the router a few times did not provide a permanent fix, instead only a temporary fix.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, switched sky+hd box on yesterday around 5pm, had tv signal. Turned off box to put kids to bed. Switched back on a couple of hrs later. No TV signal. Turned off/on, nothing. Still nothing this morning. Nothing has changed. Dish hasn't moved/changed. Please help

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not the layout that's the main problem, it's the episode listings. When scrolling SkyQ I clicked to download what's listed as Series 8 episode 21, but when I go to recordings it's listed as Series 7 Episode 95, but it is the correct episode. It just causing confusion.
