Now there’s conveniently ‘a problem in my area’. When will this be fixed? I need internet to work... can’t speak to a person.

It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.
