Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

Jammie Restore (@jammierooroo) reported@CindyTh3Dog @SkyUK This happened to my Aunt when my Uncle died, they asked for the pin on the account and she said she didn’t have it, so she couldn’t change or cancel the account. I ended up writing to the CEO (at a time I had the word ‘media’ in my work email address) and said that funnily enough, passing on the virgin pin wasn’t top of his bucket list when he was given weeks to live! Took the CEO intervening to finally get it sorted out, bloody ludicrous!
