    @SkyUK, @SkyHelpTeam cancelling an engineer at 5.15pm and giving me a new engineer date of 17th Jan is poor customer service to say the least! Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, please help. I've called in twice regarding billing for non-return of equipment that was already sent back. The bill is still showing when I log in. Last call I made I was told it would be sorted in 24-48 hours.
