@SkyUK, @SkyHelpTeam cancelling an engineer at 5.15pm and giving me a new engineer date of 17th Jan is poor customer service to say the least! Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

@joeandrews18 @SkyHelpTeam You’re also not allowing people to remove this package online and are trying to force a call, which you’re not answering - 1hr queues. I know everyone’s in a dodgy time, but just make the cancel option available online. It’s so transparent.

@SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

@SkyUK appalling service, 4 engineers and 4 hours on the phone later and you still cant work out how to connect up a new property that has ben built to replace an existing old one. The only solution you have is to turn off the current connection, wait 3 weeks with no internet
