@SkyUK, @SkyHelpTeam cancelling an engineer at 5.15pm and giving me a new engineer date of 17th Jan is poor customer service to say the least! Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

@SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

@SkySports The refs had a nightmare in some of last night's games the players boot studs caught luzis knee there was no intention in bringing the player down in which luzis would of better off doing because he would of only got a yellow card
