@SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

@sarahlizsalter @SkyHelpTeam How do you know your internet is off then? You pay for one line check per day in the morning so if it goes off after you have to take some ownership of your own house/life/service.
