    @SkyHelpTeam For the last few days our broadband has ranged between incredibly slow, flaky and completely non existent. This has continued notwithstanding all the lights being lit up on the router. Advice/comments/help would be much appreciated please.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Is there broadband issues in GU22 area? It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    @calvinj1983 @SkyHelpTeam Think I’m just going to cancel it and not take a new one out. Pissed off I’ve been paying over £60 for the ‘original’ package with broadband when I signed up it was £33. Just wish I’d realised sooner

    @jacko30982724 @SkySports Ok but what has that got to do with what I said. You're just proving my point. That's 2 fighters, Wilder was very protected and is limited. That's all he's done in 12 years. 2 top 10s. He gets madly overrated as if he's invincible yet he's looked poor on numerous occasions

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, have checked the external faults on this link. Internal issues are not there - keeps going on and off once fixed so it is not internal and we do not have an outage. Please advise as this has not helped & keeps happening
