    @SkyUK as a Sky VIP. Try to buy a movie Sky Store #fail. Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Doesn’t feel very VIP!!

    The @virginmedia amazing service continues, pay £13.99 for a film that you cannot watch due to technical error 🙄 look online, seems common & responses unhelpful, hurry up @SkyUK & get faster broadband here so I can switch!

    Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

    @SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi can you help please my wife has been trying to call you guys all day to no avail. Our sky broadband is so slow. WiFi on phones hardly working. Can’t download on Sky Q - ongoing problem very frustrating.

    .@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

    @OpenreachHelp But our provider, @SkyHelpTeam are doing nothing to help. False promises, false deadlines. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Saying it’s all on you to repair and we’ve been priority for getting fixed and still not fixed.

    @SkyUK Been with them for 31 years and phoned them up to get a better deal because i was paying stupid money for channels which i could have been paying half and they offered me Disney + for free then charged me? Too busy pushing social justice issues down customers throats i suppose.
