    So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

    @pnelee68 @Johnnyproudlove @SkySports Exactly Lee. Similarly changed r trip Palace on a Sun. Another avenue, but bever happen, for tens of thousands fans cancel subscriptions to Sky & BT. Only that way the public take football back. I will not give no money to Sky or BT.... ⚽; poor man's game stolen by the rich

    @SkyHelpTeam Your customer service an absolute joke. Tried all day to speak to someone but your whole system is seemingly designed to prevent that. I've had a pointless text message that started at lunchtime today! 6 hrs later still no nearer to resolving broadband issue😠

    Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s a problem activating it. But engineer pulled all cables out so can’t do any type of broadband now other than wait for fibre. Last heard monday 23rd Jan which was not an update just telling us another date of 1st feb for another update? Not good enough.
