Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

@SkyHelpTeam @ZanderDA10 There is no wifi to even go to your internet strength check website. The only time it loads is when the signal recovers after several attempts to disconnect and connect and then it says you don’t need any engineer or fix. How does it even help with the actual issue?

@SkySports Anyone saying he doesn't have the ability for international football hasn't watched him enough. However, he is very injury prone and can never stay fit long enough to prove his class. He would worry me in an intense tournament month. Go for Jamaica Marco. Enjoy the trips.
