@SkyHelpTeam Never did resolve after 5 resets -12 till 5pm we had no WIFI We survived but my meetings were interupted, obviously not helpful, however 15years Diamond 💎 Maybe a free movie of our choice in sky store for inconvenience?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, but that’s not the point…. I’m fully aware of the signal checker and contact options, I’ve been at it for 2years. It’s the point that nothing is happening and the fix date just keeps getting pushed out whilst there are paying people without signal!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Pete, you do not understand the problem. All programmes are currently downloading in SD only, even those which are clearly advertised as being available in HD. It is a fault, specific to my account, which the team have not been able to fix.

Bored? Looking for something to do? Try asking @SkyUK to provide a stable internet connection. Laugh as your day disappears with tests and checks for you to be told that nothing’s wrong. Reset and start again another day. (Until the contract expires and you can get them to ****)
