    Getting fed up with having to continually reboot my @SkyUK sky Q 2tb box. Will work for a couple of days and then freezes, done the remedial work suggested but continues to be a problem. Ffs it’s annoying

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my internet connection is very slow, tested it several times on two devices and I’m getting 14.8 mbps download speeds, I’ve then used the sky speed check as part of check my connection and it says 79 mbps, it’s wrong! Please can you help?

    @Mr_Milan106 @SkyUK @virginmedia The exchange is down the road from us, we've had new cables fitted we've had new external cables fitted on the outside the house, new phone sockets, new routers and it's still dropping, granted not as much as before but sadly their customer care leaves a lot to be desired
