@digitalmuggle @SkySports Exactly. Supermarkets would never get way with forcing you to buy three tins of baked beans, two loaves of bread and a pomegranate every time you wanted to buy a frozen ready meal, so why do TV stations force you to subscribe to buy channels you don't want to watch?

I tried to contact @skytv as my contract expired & I wanted to cancel a product I don't watch. Took ages to get through, and I ended up with a non-uk call centre who just tried to flog me stuff as I'm a "Diamond customer". Waste of time. Any ideas on actual service @SkyHelpTeam

It’s slow, remote doesn’t always work, needs to be rebooted several times to get it working, watch for the start doesn’t always work, can’t record, freezes, the list goes on! I’m calling them today to send it back, I’ve tried 4 3wk and just dissapointed!
