You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

Steven Calvert (@Calvy1981LFC) reported@OneScouse @SkyUK I phoned and cancelled my Sky Broadband for the same reason. They then came back to me and were magically able to offer me the new customer offer of £23 per month. When you cancel there is still a cooling off period so worth doing it....they always come back with a better deal.
