@SkyUK feeling really frustrated by customer service team. Going round in circles for many weeks. Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

@SkySports commentators constantly apologising for bad language. If you put multiple microphones pitchside what do you really expect? Personally I think hearing the players is the silver lining to the COVID cloud. It’s like being at a local game. I love it.

@SkyUK your latest update to the sky q box has made the way you turn subtitles on/off a bit annoying. Press the ?, go to Subtitles and now go in to a new sub-menu.. It's poor UI and means more button pushing, please could you revert to the previous on/off toggle config?

@SkyUK Moved to Virgin, quicker at everything and great customer service. Paying half of what I paid for sky, with 3x more in the Virgin package. You also made me give you a months notice on broadband but just a week on my TV?! Bye Bye 👋
