So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

@SkyHelpTeam invested in #SkyGlass and even got my sister on board with it... sadly, she can't get ITV North East, and is stuck on Grenada (North West) and as for me, I'm missing HEAPS of important channels, like @GBNEWS but also it's clunky to get back to live TV... HELP?
