@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the tests & it’s been reported. It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

@SkyUK The internet is down in my area and it could take up to 72 hours to fix. Working from home, this is not acceptable. I don’t have an office to go to. I should be refunded money if this takes up to 72 hours like I was told as I am losing money as a freelancer.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you Scott, that has now allowed me to select email as communication method. The number is correct just the bad signal is why no one can get through. Possible procedure changes required when customers raise bad signal issues are probably needed.
