    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the tests & it’s been reported. It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to an “adviser”yesterday about a reoccurring issue with tv box going on and off and not working for hours on end. Got an engineer coming out in......7 days time. Not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam @Ishrxq_ Woah, hang on, this can't be right. I have same problem, I always have UHD access on these channels. If I pay for UHD then I should get the UHD version of the channel I subscribe to. You can't just move UHD to a different channel to stop access to something I've paid for.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm on SkySp PL Ch.402. If I select to watch in UHd, it takes to me SkySpME UHDR Ch.858, rather than SkySp PL UHD. I've checked Settings and I'm set-ip as UHD enabled. Something has changed your end gor this transmission. Please advise and help. Thanks
