@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the tests & it’s been reported. It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help. Our Broadband has now been no more than 12Mbps for 2 days. Via MySky yesterday I was told an engineer would be sent to fix an issue outside the house. Today I can’t even get onto the site to check progress. Speed right now is 11.9Mbps for downloading. Please advise!
