@SkyHelpTeam Ermm, I have no Internet when I woke up. The issues affecting my service are for the north. It is apparent from the Twitter activity there is a wider problem. I’ve just renewed my contract which is now under review… seems a waste to get an engineer out for an external issue?

@SkyHelpTeam I couldn’t conduct it as my mobile service is only 3G and horrendous. I did it over the phone and was told it requires an engineer to fix. That doesn’t track with the more wider outages I’m seeing though so am confused as to what can be done.

@SkyHelpTeam Am I going to get reimbursed for no internet and tv services. I rely on my internet for working from home and using my mobile on wifi as I hardly get 3G indoors so can’t hotspot. People are struggling as it is and having broadband that people depend on. Not good service
