    @SkyHelpTeam shocking customer service from sky yet again. Misold me yet another package and overcharged me again. Promised callbacks that still haven't happened. When I call, I just get put through to cancellations (who don't answer BTW). Disgusting.

    @SkyUK Sky should be regulated. why should someone pay more for the same service than someone else. if you made it the same price for everyone you would get more subscribers rather than ripping customers off who have been with you for ages.
