    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I added kids offer to my current Sky Q package as it is a great offer. I have no idea how but it's added a new sky contract so my Nov bill is astronomical. There's a mistake somewhere and it won't let me remove packages to amend this. Please help

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    Placed an order with sky yesterday for one of my wife's xmas presents. Says its been delivered today and accepted by a complete stranger. DPD say they can't track the parcel unless sky submit their own requests which takes 24/48hrs. Shocking service by @dpd_support @SkyHelpTeam

    @Sammiella @SkyUK I was transferring it over as I'm still in contract so just a house move. That might be an idea to give them a bell now in case they need to send an engineer round to set it up. They might just have a message service though that could be easier? So stressful! Hope you're ok!
