I run two small businesses and am reliant on a god quality reliable internet service.

Your service is appalling and you have the gall to be charging more. We will be looking at changing suppliers immediately.

You are impossible to reach by phone. Been on hold for over an hour to be cut off. Today zero internet. Sort it out or we cancel. #hopeless

I am stuck without internet for a week and paying for a poor and inconsistent service. The server for my postcode M210ZN is down. Yet my wife who was working less than a mile away had no problems.

I’m on my 30 day cooling off period and I’m looking at going with communityfibre. I’ll probably look at getting my dad to cancel his move to Virgin Media too.
