@virginmedia We have tried this and have got nowhere. @MartinSLewis are Virgin Media on your radar for poor service and terrible customer service. @broadbanduk this service from VM is non-existent and there is no way to contact them for a reliable solution.

@virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

@virginmedia Internet and TV down since 1am (UB7 area). Hub 3 and Tivo box have flashing green lights. Have checked online and it says it is a connection problem but have checked and all wires seem tight, so I am at a loss on what to do.
