    @virginmedia Oh an engineer eventually came out and fixed it. Make matters worse you've put the price up from £38 to £50.50. The £5 Doesn't even cover that. We were told we'd get a full months refund now anyone we ring denies they even have it on record that we had an issue.

    @virginmedia in the last week since I have asked to cancel broadband I have had 5 abandoned calls from numbers which seem to be from you 08000526736 and 0345451098. Sort out your autodialler settings it is frustrating to have you hang up on answer. Complaint made to @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Did it on 10/10...nothing showed, called again 17/10 and yes it finally showed online but till this date it still isnt actioned as no new bill has been generated either. Told not to pay and now arrears and bad mark on cred file.

    @virginmedia Last six weeks has been horrendous for VM broadband. Very regular drop outs. Raised complaint and not even a response. This is not worth the money. Stable broadband should be bread and butter to you.
