    @virginmedia Then please at least have the grace to tell me so. I’ve been a customer so long you’d think I might be due some support, but this last year has just been dreadful. I’ve taken a phone contract I don’t want and been unable to get explanation for billing variances. It’s just ****.

    @virginmedia Yes it’s an outage and not an issue with our modem, or else others wouldn’t be affected. I’m on your business line, and whilst I appreciate that might not be something you can look at directly, it’s clearly an issue that needs resolving for everybody.

    @virginmedia It asked me my virgin media account number. Obviously I don't have it as Im not a customer. For information if the cabinet doesn't get fixed by the end of February Ill raise a case against you. The request dates from October!

    @virginmedia Are you saying we need to pay an extra £8 when we asked the operator whether this new package included anytime calls (which is what we currently have) and he said yes? We would never have agreed to the package he was ‘selling’ us without this being the case

    @virginmedia But you can never leave! @virginmedia continue to charge you even when you’ve cancelled your contract.if you try to call up they put you on hold for hours until you’re cut off

    @virginmedia They won’t. They say they are busy and you will hear back within 4 hours and I never do. I just give up. It’s not worth the hassle. If you say will apply a credit to my account for my wifi not working for 2 weeks and don’t do it. There’s more important things in life
