    Just literally had the best conversation with a guy called Adam from the @virginmedia cancellations team. Called up to cancel my TiVo box and ended up signing up for another package but also having a proper good 20 minute convo with him about life, like I’ve known him years😂

    @virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

    @virginmedia 220down 10up on pc but on xb1 it is 270down but the lag is the problem on Xb1 it is all over the place.

    @virginmedia Yeh I got that the WiFi in my home is fine in the sense that there are no black spots. I have extenders and wireless and wired powerpoints so not an issue it’s the actual speeds I’m receiving that’s the issue.

    @virginmedia I’m at work. I couldn’t therefore tell you. However, the issue is with your router, it’s not fit for purpose. It constantly reboots because it has a bug

    @virginmedia My Outlook is still not working. It took 5 hours to get my virgin email back because your technical team decided to shut it - and then send an email telling me! I have been vomiting with anxiety and missed loads of work. Way to go @virginmedia Thank you for your help. :-/

    @virginmedia @SpotifyUK So over a year of my tv Channels not working prop going all pixal I paid for an upgrade and got new remotes which I was promised would fix this guess what it hasn’t it’s worse and I can’t even speak to anyone as it’s automated and cuts you off so not great is it

    @virginmedia You have not resolved my issue. I have got back into my virgin media account, but my Outlook has been completed messed up and I cannot access my emails through Outlook. I cannot connect because it tells me to contact my ISP - you - but you deny any issues. I am in a hideous loop.

    @virginmedia so yet again I still can’t get channels as my tv is pixalling I was promised when I paid for an upgrade with new controls it would fix it guess what it hasn’t and I can’t even speak to anyone as it won’t put me through to a person this has been on going for a year

    @virginmedia OK I'm 20 minutes into your online chat, just trying to add one channel, and so far you've made several attempts to up-sell me things. And I know that if I cancel a sports channel I have to phone and go through the same hassle. This is why I'll end up cancelling CM. Just too hard

    @virginmedia Have just been 1hr 6 minutes on the phone to customer service and then Harvey in Retentions when my call dropped on hold. Rang back requested to speak to same agent and no one has called me back?? I rang to leave completely, got talked round now I want to leave again
