@virginmedia Hi thanks for trying to help, much appreciated. As you suggested I downloaded the Virgin Connect App but that relates just to Hub 3 not the latest Hub 4 that we have now been given. All Ok now though with the exception of the Teckin WI-FI plugs which will not connect?

@virginmedia we have a loss of broadband in the M6 area. No notification but the automated service states it’s an update on the service. If you want to provide good customer service, prior warning would be good. I’m fed up of this. If I can’t work from home, I will lose pay!!!

@virginmedia upgraded us to their latest Hub, which they say is vastly technically improved . Not my experience at all in respect of failing to connect via WiFi to my devices. Support is difficult to obtain, very poor by them.

@virginmedia I was bounced between 4 different agents yesterday. At every point I had to re-explain the problem, give them my address, and complete security questions. @virginmedia needs a better customer service tech. At least 8 hours of hold over three days is unacceptable.

@virginmedia A month ago after a lot of struggling I managed to end my contract, even being sent the equipment return kit. Imagine my surprise this morning when I received an email telling me about my bill for the next month! Help please my contract should be over.
