    @virginmedia I am fully aware of this webpage, if you follow through any of the options to get information or FAQs, but no way to actually connect with VM directly. I recently used the complaint option but just got a vague response that didn't help me with my concerns.

    @virginmedia The problem is not my broadband or home service, it is the mobile signal where I work. I can not use the VM app as this requires data to validate the SIM, how else can I contact customer services directly?

    @lilacjennie @virginmedia Totally agree. Been with them for years and treat customers really bad.they only care about the money. See how they get on when I cancel my direct debit. Bet they will soon be on the phone trying to get payment

    @virginmedia unhappy I have to wait until next Thursday for someone to come fix 2 of my 3 tv boxes because of the outage they had on Thursday just gone. Customer service is not very good and nobody seems to listen given the amount of calls I made to them . Not happy

    @virginmedia Hopefully. I realise that these things can be complicated and stuff does go wrong. It is the fact that there is no effective way of communicating with you as a customer that upsets me r most. It makes me feel that I am really of no value to you.

    @stewart_me @virginmedia I wouldn't bother if I were you. I got through after 90 mins to be told there systems were down till approx 5pm and to ring back then. Hope this helps.

    @virginmedia You asked for the account number and my name...... when they didn't match you didn't ask the question? So I can pay a bill each month make changes etc but not cancel it ..... OK I'm ending this conversation as it is completely pointless and a further waste of my time!!

    @virginmedia If we had been told at 11am the facts!! We could have avoided hrs on hold and waiting for customer advisors to return from breaks to tell us they also couldn't deal with the issue and cancel the services either!! #virginmedia needs a shake up of customer services

    @virginmedia It's been gradually going down each month for the last year. To clarify all the devices I've used for tests are wireless however that does not excuse week long drops in the Kb ranges

    •today my husband rang @virginmedia to try and reduce our £129 monthly bill by removing movies and a tivo box that does not get used no problem they said we can send you a new box aswell but there was a £79 charge for an engineer to fit it when my husband fitted my dads last

    @virginmedia Hi there. First of all, please make a little effort and read the above answers. You should find out of the new date mentioned at least twice. Part of the problem is you guys don't listen. Secondly, auto compensation doesn't help the fact I've bee without broadband since 22 JUNE

    @virginmedia @virginhelp No issue on service page showing. Home virgin tv box in bedroom keeps freezing, wifi keeps dropping out on multiple devices, when it is working, very slow when being used by more than one device…,not what expect from so say ultra fibre i lag for !

    @virginmedia First night after the outage was fine, the second and third night I had drops at least a couple times per stream 🤨 Each lasting several minutes, very annoying as I had to reset all my stuff each time. I've never had this many issues consecutively before, very disappointing.
