    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    The staff @virginmedia are so rude. Called to renew my package and was dealt with appallingly. Offering extortionate prices for a lesser package than I already have. Virgin are clearly not interested in keeping their loyal customers. Looks like it’s back over to Sky.#virginmedia

    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @AskPS_UK Hey Guys, connecting to internet but cant sign into PSN Error WS-37400-4 tried Wifi & Lan. PSN signs in when connected to hotspot on mobile. Internet is @virginmedia is this an IPS, DNS, or IPv6 Port opening issue? It's been 4 days like this now. Any advice?

    @virginmedia I'm disgusted by your service today. An engineer come out to fix the Internet. He said that was done and it just needed to rebootWe now have no TV or Internet. We have been on hold for over 85 minutes trying to get through to customer services to get this resolved.

    @virginmedia I've been without WiFi now for goig on 3 days. Numerous area faults reported and claimed to be fixed. Still no internet. Tried to talk to a human after going through all online support. Tried for 90 mins yesterday, going for another hour today on hold. HELP!!!
