    @virginmedia There isn't anything that could help with the problem because I don't fully understand what everything is or means etc It could do with a technician to have a look, something similar as happened before and you sent a technician out

    @virginmedia please sort out the issues with the WiFi, Internet, broadband or whatever the term us these days. It is constantly slow or not working. Having to use mobile data is not an effective substitute for the service I am paying for.

    @virginmedia useless we are trying to cancel and for past 2 weeks now since we have moved home. We have been pushed from pillar to post, been laughed at by customer service. Since we moved we have we've been promised someone will come and sort it.

    @virginmedia bb3 area: internet has been down since yesterday morning & update it's not going to be fixed till tomorrow. I have a online business to run & kids need to do their homework online, can't stream any tv either. Can I ask what the issue is & why its taking so long?

    @virginmedia still no broadband in bb3 area since Thurs & update now says tomorrow for fix. Shocking customer service, why can't you tell your customers what is happening instead of saying an engineer is on the way on the updates, at least then we would know what to expect

    @virginmedia Broadband/TV outage until 2:35pm but can’t register a loss of service as page doesn’t load. On 4G so problem is with you. Why advertise you’ll compensate if there’s no way to get it?!

    @virginmedia No email access for 3 days now on the blueyonder access. All I get is "Oops, this page is broken." System says nothing is wrong. Terrible. I have done a check, and it says everything is working correctly on BBand/Telly. ??? Area 01.

    @virginmedia Yeah I've seen that already thanks, but it's not going to help the kids with accessing homework online. no I am not on a B account as of yet as I have only just started out in the last week 😑 but even if I was on a B account it would still be off so doesn't make any difference

    @virginmedia I don't know, because much like the rest of your website, this page doesn't work. I get asked for a postcode and account holder name, it flashes an 'Oops 404' page, then resets to the postcode and account name page again.

    @virginmedia my wifi has been acting very bad for nearly 2 months so i’ve been having to use my data but last night it took it to a whole new extreme my connection said my wifi was on full but it wouldn’t connect to anything. I tried to turn it off and on again and again but nothing.

    @virginmedia Your website doesn't work half the time and comes back as no issues when it does work. I also had this issue when I moved from 100 to 350 in December 2020.

    @virginmedia To make it worse an engineer called me which I agreed on the chat wasn't necessary and I wasn't booked in for anyone to come to the property. Poor support online.
