    @virginmedia lnternet very intermittent. Router fault. But you won't send replacement so I am changing to Vodafone. Sick to death of the awful service I get from Virginmedia.

    Hey @virginmedia my internet speed has dropped massively over Christmas and is still poor. I get that people are probably using more bandwidth but this is unacceptable - I’m paying for 200mb & getting 10. I’ve done all the tests and resets with no joy 😤. #virginmedia #broadband

    @virginmedia Hi Ty 4 the reply. Very frustrating when I'm using data at home just to receive watsapp messages. i spoke to someone yesterday afternoon. Some settings were changed & was promised it would elevate the problem, but as I described to the chap on the phone this will not rectify it.

    @virginmedia which is the option, I chose! They transferred me to the "care" team, which was technical support, and now im back to retentions... this is a joke, raising prices in a cost of living crisis, and not offering existing customers the same package and price you are offering to others

    @virginmedia Estimated fix date is now 5th January 23. I'm absolutely gutted with this. 13 days when we're all home. Not internet. NO TV service. No phone line. No guarantee of compensation, as last time I was without service for 6 days straight VM didn't have it noted on system.

    Imagine Christmas with no TV, internet or phone line. @virginmedia have estimated our network fault will be fixed by 5th Jan. Not good enough! All the compensation in the world won’t make up for a ruined Christmas! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia But you don't because we know that is what the problem is. We tried resetting but all that happens is the white light constantly stays on. We have a qualified electrician at home. All we need is the box. It is all very frustrating and totally unnecessary and unacceptable.
