Help @virginmedia. Once again I'm left unable to ring my doctors because you attempted the direct debit early and it failed. My Oomph sim will now not work until I make a payment. Please that's all I want to do. Do I need to go to Ofcom or the Ombudsman. This seriously effects me

@virginmedia internet yesterday went from 12mbs (11am) to 30mbs (3pm). Today it’s 3mbs. How is this acceptable? No reported issues but our internet goes up and down constantly, sometimes goes off altogether

@virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

@virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

CRAZY. Just received an email from @virginmedia that says, ur out of contract and paying £58 per month. If you want a new contract you'll pay more for less at £62 pm. But hey, if you were a new customer we'd only charge you £29, so maybe you want to go elsewhere 4 a better deal?
