I have had to escalate a complaint as it couldn't be resolved on the phone yet I'm still waiting for the level of service promised!!!

It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???
