Hey @virginmedia my internet speed has dropped massively over Christmas and is still poor. I get that people are probably using more bandwidth but this is unacceptable - I’m paying for 200mb & getting 10. I’ve done all the tests and resets with no joy 😤. #virginmedia #broadband

Dear @virginmedia lying on-bed convalescing listening to radio via Tivo/TV and a "network has dropped out" error has just appeared. At restart "network cable is unplugged". Your guys were working on the street cable box yesterday so what have they done? Fix quickly please.
