    @virginmedia Hi, thank you for replying. I can't see where to register. I did another service check and it says an intermittent service fault is affecting my area. But gives no guidance/option to register for loss of service. Guidance please.

    @virginmedia you are not very good at keeping your side of the contract but you expect regular FULL payment for INCOMPLETE SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT. Your customer service need more training on how to complete work orders and deliver the proper equipment.

    @virginmedia no, i’ve not received a resolution. someone contacted me regarding the complaint, then when i responded, they have just ignored it. the complaint is regarding incorrect billing and poor customer service.

    @virginmedia He came at 0730 Saturday. All fixed by 0755. The cable outside was cut. No signal getting in. All fixed so easily by the engineer

    @virginmedia Hi, no, it initially says no issues in area on testing hub it says there's an intermittent problem with connection and come back in 18 hours!

    @virginmedia Hi, it's been like this since last Thursday. Our Tivo box is constantly flashing and apps don't work as we have no Internet probably. Internet not worked since then. Its a real issue as we need Internet to work.

    Hi @virginmedia after 2 weeks of repeated calls and being promised a new remote ordered each time when it wasn’t, I finally reached a customer service agent called Maciej Betnat who took the time yesterday and today to help. He is great & I want to see that this is recognised. 👏🏻

    been trying to cancel my virgin media package for 15 minutes and he’s going on about discounts and units of measurements i’ve never heard of. i don’t want a new deal, i want ur router out of house 🖕🏽

    @virginmedia OK. That's fine . Every time I service check my broadband it tells me there's a fault in my area and its being investigated and to come back in 24 hours and it will be looked into but when I do this it just gives the same response . Its very confusing. And not very helpful at.

    @virginmedia First of all, they said it would take 24 hours, then they said it would be working for 8am. Then a fault in the area, then there’s a delay in getting a test signal to the router. I’d just like the full functioning broadband I was sold.

    @virginmedia I had a quick start broadband kit sent out. I fitted it all. No broadband, despite 6 calls to your “help” line. Been told a different fault each call. Can this be looked into?

    @virginmedia Thanks. I'll try that. When I do a status check it flags Tivo right away but shows no issues with broadband or phone when I then run a broadband check it says there's an intermittent fault in my area. !

    @virginmedia For the past 5 days I've had limited Tivo use and no access to apos at all in Ml15hd also no Internet 90%of the time. Virgins site says they're working in my area to fix this by 20th October. So will I get a reduction on bill for a week of no service.

    what on earth is going on with your service of both mobile and broadband! Substandard, constantly having connection issues with both!! Not only our household either, common issue with @virginmedia

    @MartinSLewis Got the Virgin Media letter telling me my monthly payment was going up to £61, I waited an hour on live chat to talk to someone and when I finally got through they brought the payment down to £29 a month.

    @virginmedia Spiking daily, been hung up on through customer phone service 30+ times over 2 years, had 2 technicians appointed to our house who both dropped contact and stopped responding to texts after telling us there is a problem. Utilisation issue in my area, jitter is messed up.

    @virginmedia really not happy with the service as a new account holder. Our internet won’t connect this morning & we all work from home. After calling Virgin Media I am told technical support can’t come to look at the box until 21st Feb? So we won’t have Internet for 18days?

    @virginmedia Problems in SK6 all morning this morning. Very slow over wired connection and upload of not even 1mbps. Followed all troubleshooting methods and still no avail. Soooo frustrating!! 😖
