    @virginmedia Parents experiencing continual issues with their Virgin services... have tried contacting Virgin for over month and continually on hold. Now on hold again and this issue needs to be resolved. Elderly parents and no mobile. Any help as this is disgusting service!!

    @virginmedia It’s ML8. We have raised a complaint, but that won’t resolve the issue now, and it’ll be a second online support meeting for my husband missed this morning. Extraordinarily poor service.
