    @virginmedia Thank you for your message. We seem to have really poor WiFi, it drops out and hardly works. My girlfriend works from home and it’s horrendous. A wired connection is perfect - just the WiFi is terrible. We have reset the router many time and still not any better 🙁

    @virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

    @BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

    @virginmedia Yes, resetting the router solves the issue, however, the issue we have is that we have to reset the router 2-3 times a week. Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

    @Lindzell_LFC @xXTHLXx @virginmedia I had a broadband and on-demand drop yesterday for about 20 mins (no return path) , after getting put through to a team member on the phone, they tried to tell me that On-demand uses the Wifi connection,and that's why it was all off!!,reading theior auto-help screen,ridiculous !

    @Sharon99943360 @virginmedia The Hub 3 is dreadful as a router. As bad as it gets. But if you use it in modem only mode it is ok but you then need to spend extra on a new router system (such as a mesh), but when pay @virginmedia so much money every month this should not be the answer

    @virginmedia Me again! WiFi super slow (unusable) and wired connection 5mb. According to virgin there are no issues, I suspect this not to be the case, please let me know when it will be fixed.

    @virginmedia I didn’t get a response from LG yesterday. Bit frustrating that the offer was taken up with Virgin Media and yet when I spoke with customer service they said it was nothing to do with them.
