    @virginmedia Ooo a response! Now I have a dilemma - do I have to complain about the length of time it took to even try to help me with my original complaint? I do sincerely hope I actually get somewhere this time. The time I have spent trying to resolve this is astronomical!

    @virginmedia why does my super hub 3 keep resetting my WiFi password. I’m having to change it through settings every other day because it keeps defaulting back to the security key, this is causing major issues

    Help @virginmedia. Once again I'm left unable to ring my doctors because you attempted the direct debit early and it failed. My Oomph sim will now not work until I make a payment. Please that's all I want to do. Do I need to go to Ofcom or the Ombudsman. This seriously effects me

    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia internet yesterday went from 12mbs (11am) to 30mbs (3pm). Today it’s 3mbs. How is this acceptable? No reported issues but our internet goes up and down constantly, sometimes goes off altogether

    @virginmedia no internet or phone since Tuesday, earliest engineer available Monday, get a text Friday to say can move appointment to Saturday, we accept and stay in to find no engineer arrives, no communication as to why, nothing. Pretty poor showing from you guys

    @_lemon @virginmedia yes we know... 70-110 a month for 500down and 30up, some days best we get is 0.02 down and 0 up... and when internet speeds are ok, the connection stability is a joke, for the past entire year terrible connection problems
