    @virginmedia also run tests. All came back fine. Significantly below minimum guaranteed speed. Average 20mbps. Disappointed that I was promised a call and never got it. Been on hold too long. Appalling service.

    @virginmedia you’ve sent me an outrageous bill with £35 in charges that you said you were waiving. Non of your call centres are open (undertandably) I cant get text support & there’s no other help available. You are going to bill me £120 for a £50 service and I can stop you.

    @virginmedia worst broadband experience so far. Been trying for 6 hours to get help from virgin media about my new broadband router and I havent got ANYWHERE. Please help me virgin, I have uni dissertation to do and NO INTERNET THANKS TO UR REPRESENTATIVES

    If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

    @PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

    @virginmedia It’s not fixed yet @virginmedia still intermittently losing internet won the wired connection also on demand still not working without dropping out and encountering errors - get it fixed as we are sick of paying you top end broadband for nothing

    @virginmedia reported slow speeds on Sunday. Promised a call back between 2 and 4 hours. Not received. Not getting the minimum guaranteed broadband speed yet paying in full. Proving difficult to speak to anybody. You appear not to care. #poorcustomerservice

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia spoken to your “customer service”. Advised that promises for call back on live chat cannot be traced and nothing they could do. The call centre apparently has no record of live chat conversations. Advisor seemed to blame me! For a media company very poorly connected

    @virginmedia Yes. PlayStation is connected via ethernet and cannot connect to net and WiFi devices are not connecting either currently my phone is showing "fail to obtain IP address"

    @virginmedia Super another day of WiFi outage with a est.fix time of 3pm. So I miss 2 work meetings. So unreliable this seems to happen at least once a month and never any bill credit. Makes me look unprofessional at work

    I have something incredibly urgent and stressful I'm doing this morning at work, and so naturally virtually the entire Virgin Media network has gone down halfway through it. Why am I not surprised?
