    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

    @virginmedia Not impressed, area service is restored but my service is still down. Engineer booked for Tuesday - do you really call this service!!!! I seem to have ongoing issues with Virgin Media - seriously considering changing my provider.

    @virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

    @virginmedia It was a terrible experience. 3 different people over a period of 1 hour 20 minutes. I had to explain the situation 3 times. You need to review your Customer Services approach as today it appears broken.

    @virginmedia Installation was meant to take place on 29-apr then without reason the date changed to 12 May. Pre-installation work outside our property was mean to to happen yesterday, but no one turned up. Dealing with your call centre is near impossible. Please can someone call me to cancel

    @virginmedia my husband waited for 40 mins on phone to cancel our broadband. He was then told we can only cancel exactly one month before the end of contract to the day so we'd have to phone again in a week. Is there an easier way? Don't want to wait in another 40min queue.

    @virginmedia i spent an hour on hold yesterday, rang back today & chose the option to be text, I followed the link sent and it didn’t exist!! I have been waiting on someone to help me via WhatsApp for 3hrs!!! Completely unacceptable!! I just want to cancel my broadband!!!
