    @virginmedia Not impressed, area service is restored but my service is still down. Engineer booked for Tuesday - do you really call this service!!!! I seem to have ongoing issues with Virgin Media - seriously considering changing my provider.

    @virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

    @virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia It was a terrible experience. 3 different people over a period of 1 hour 20 minutes. I had to explain the situation 3 times. You need to review your Customer Services approach as today it appears broken.

    @Hoopshead @Donal_OKeeffe No chance. Government controls the licence fee so RTÉ are in their pocket. Matt Cooper was as bad on Virgin Media. Only went after SF(thankfully he's leaving). Need Vincent Browne back.Only guy with ***** in the media. No accountability for any of these brazen cowboys.

    Nightmare day. EE’s service went down in my area. Unable to work whilst waiting for my fibre to be installed. Virgin Media installation incomplete due to a faulty cable. Had to call to arrange a site survey after an initial denial of service. Need more big players in telecoms.

    @virginmedia @BarnsleyCouncil Just had a Virgin branded hot air balloon “crash” in Windhill/Staincross… I pray nobody is hurt. Helicopter just passed over too. I really hope they are all safe; although it is a fitting metaphor for the Virgin service around here…

    @virginmedia it's a persistent issue that's happening week after week. Just because they fix it today doesn't mean it wouldn't go again next week. If I wasn't on a contract I'd switch to hyperiotic in a flash. Never had this many issues with provider.
