@virginmedia It was a terrible experience. 3 different people over a period of 1 hour 20 minutes. I had to explain the situation 3 times. You need to review your Customer Services approach as today it appears broken.

@virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

@virginmedia Your customer team is NOT there to help. I have been waiting for my broadband installation for 2 months: it was cancelled twice + the last appointment was a NO SHOW without any notice ! Customer service is inefficient and I have had to wait 1h over the phone for 4 times.😡
