    @virginmedia had text message to say network issue has been fixed, get home, restart router and still not working, can you confirm if there is an actual network issue, as the service status says yes but text message says no...

    @virginmedia It was a marketing letter I received for free installation but I was charged fee on my first bill. Accounts team promised to refund after customer service passed me on to them but they never auctioned it.

    @virginmedia So started with talking to someone on online chat who said they can’t help as I have loyalty discount n am best talking to customer care team. So I rang them explained that my contract is running out on a couple of weeks n would like to see my offers n possible upgrade

    @richardbranson your products are great Richard but your Virgin Media customer service and complaints handling is terrible. I can’t find anyone who can actually help me. Very disappointing. I have given up and will be leaving as soon as my contract is up.

    @virginmedia Yes I have, hence the original question. But its been the same message on IVR for the last month and the problem is getting worse not better and no update as to when it will be resolved

    @virginmedia As to which they couldn’t help me line kept going quite so didn’t know if hung up or on hold. Then all of a sudden I was passed through to someone else who I believe was from ur cancellation team who again said couldn’t help n best been on my current contract.

    @virginmedia we’ve just had a 3rd phone call in 2 days, from someone claiming to be from virginmedia. Saying they need to remotely access our computer to resolve an issue with our router. Needless to say we smelt a rat. But wanted to inform you that this is happening.

    @virginmedia Your WiFi has issues daily, the on demand is intermittent at best, TV goes down over and over again yet I have to watch a link for updates. Please advise me if the notice period for cancellations, I believe it’s 30 days? I’m sick or sub par service!

    @virginmedia @ChrisN1978 This is all a bit dodgy if you ask me.. I notice they've managed to get a few channels up and running which I'm guessing will negate them having to pay out compensation on "Total loss of TV service"..
