@virginmedia Its not the wait time it just does nothing. Doesnt even take you in to a queue. It stays at the same screen. It tells you to click on "chat" as you will get a better deal but how can you get a better deal if it doesnt work!

Still waiting for apology and compo for the damage. Sky fitted in 20 mins including fixing Virgin's mistakes.
