    @virginmedia Really need to speak with someone to order a replacement SIM card. Phone lines say customer service is closed & so does the local store phone number. Live chat is taking hours.

    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

    @virginmedia it’s pathetic you don’t have the ability to reconnect customers after 5pm. My in laws are elderly pensioners and have had their phone line and internet wrongfully cut off this evening without notice. The service received over the phone from the CA was just as poor.

    @virginmedia Yes, rebooting the hub unfortunately makes no difference, it'll be like this now until around 10ish, when it'll come back to life I suspect like it did 2 days ago... given the pattern, to me it suggests an area issue on the upstream, but no known faults are shown
