    @virginmedia I made a complaint January 12th. I phoned on 15th to chase it. I was told you would be in touch and you haven’t been. Your T’s and C’s say 28 days. We are now on day 38! You responded quickly to @SophieEB how come you can show everyone the same respect! Your rubbish!

    @virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

    @virginmedia few agent yesterday,3 live chat today, 2 phone call today. No roaming for me.And they can t help???? 2 weeks in Spain with no Virgin mobile services. What a network . Have to buy local sim for data. Avoid at all cost.

    @virginmedia I’ve tried all that. You’ve even replaced my router. Nothing helps. The connections continue to drop. I am going to join the large group of people in the area who have left virgin because of this extremely poor service. We’ve been struggling with this since Nov 2019. Had enough.
