@virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service! cancelled my services as of 21st March, rang you today to see what you could offer me to stay and you offer me the same package at £17 more expensive, but offer new customers the same deal but £5 cheaper that I currently pay!

@virginmedia I’ve said this more than once before on here and I’ll say it again. VM broadband is crap!! Their Wi-fi is shi., keeps cutting out yet they promise it is better and stronger. Don’t believe it!! The old router was far better than this rubbish!!!

So @virginmedia sat an hour in help chat waiting for reply regarding my issue/query of my broadband After an hour I guess you wasn't interested in helping me out. To me shows a totally lack of respect to a loyal customer with full package 🤬 Could you provide a CS number

@virginmedia We’ve tried three times to raise a complaint with you. And this magical game appeared after the second complaint (the same day) to which the man on the phone was rude, spoke over me and implied my business wasn’t needed or respected at all.

@virginmedia anyone thinking of getting their Wi-fi, think again. We’ve been with the now since NTL days and this HUB 3.0 has been the worst!! Not as good as the make out. The router is in a good position not hidden away yet it’s still crap!!

@virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

@virginmedia I have finally been connected by the agent the complaint has been raised but I never expected Virgin Customer service so bad I have always liked virgin but not anymore and would never recommend anyone for sure .
