    Anyone else experiencing no sound on all channels on their @virginmedia tv? Tried switching off and on again, muting and in muting, turning the volume up and down a few times now but no joy. 🤨

    @virginmedia I’ve now resorted to. Connecting my tv to my mobile phone data in order to watch Netflix etc as the connection from you is so bad and cuts out every few minutes. Is anything being done about this? What we actually paying for?

    @virginmedia has packed in 3 hours before the @ManUtd game tonight. They say they have identified the problem and engineers are working on it anticipating having service back by 9.30!!! To stop a riot it better be fixed sooner @UnitedStandMUFC
