@virginmedia I have never known such incompetence in a company! Four times I’ve been told we’re going to get a refund after an hour on the phone. Wrong amount taken again! You just seem to treat your customers with contempt!

As customer service standards go, @virginmedia sucks badly. They need to seriously ask themselves, is letting someone wait 45 mins and counting for someone to help with a technical fault acceptable? NO IT ISN’T. HEEEELLLLOOOOO???!! WHEN ARE YOU PICKING UP??!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia That doesn't work when you have to use a work proxy filter and you think it not on your network, and when going to that website on another device it's disabled, this is why I asked for it to be removed as disabled for you is not disabled.

@virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

From the 1st to the 6th the Internet hasn't worked, expected date for the fix was the 6th. On the 4th I got a message on the app saying the problem's been fixed but it broke down 10 mins later. Today, the 6th, I get told its estimated to be fixed on the 12th. @virginmedia

@virginmedia A digger cut the cable. I was advised to wait 21 days for a technician and nothing else could be done. I've spoken to 8 people and when I asked for higher up support I was put in hold where they proceeded to hangup on me.
