@virginmedia @virginmedia it’s no excuse and with the gas works I can only presume they have gone through a network cable. But I have not seen one engineer or van anywhere near the main port/box for Virgin to try and fix this since 0900 today. The time has just been going back and back allday

@virginmedia internet yesterday went from 12mbs (11am) to 30mbs (3pm). Today it’s 3mbs. How is this acceptable? No reported issues but our internet goes up and down constantly, sometimes goes off altogether

@virginmedia You are aware of the problem, told us it's a fault and it's being fixed by 12th April, it wasn't, we rang, you gave us reassurance it will be fixed by the 22nd, it hasn't, we rang got passed around a lot! Now you say it will be fixed 29th. Hands up if you would put up with this?

@virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

@virginmedia we had no service for 3 months so your customer service cancelled our bill for the months we didn’t have it, deleted our direct debit WITHOUT telling us, then held as RANSOM By saying they would not answer our calls until we payed, when it was YOU who cancelled it.
