@virginmedia also run tests. All came back fine. Significantly below minimum guaranteed speed. Average 20mbps. Disappointed that I was promised a call and never got it. Been on hold too long. Appalling service.

@virginmedia spoken to your “customer service”. Advised that promises for call back on live chat cannot be traced and nothing they could do. The call centre apparently has no record of live chat conversations. Advisor seemed to blame me! For a media company very poorly connected

@virginmedia reported slow speeds on Sunday. Promised a call back between 2 and 4 hours. Not received. Not getting the minimum guaranteed broadband speed yet paying in full. Proving difficult to speak to anybody. You appear not to care. #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia It’s not fixed yet @virginmedia still intermittently losing internet won the wired connection also on demand still not working without dropping out and encountering errors - get it fixed as we are sick of paying you top end broadband for nothing

@virginmedia Some of the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Left without internet for nearly a month when working from home. Zero customer care. Scheduled call backs didn’t happened. No one interested in helping or even bothered about my situation. Shocking.
