@virginmedia But on the online forum it says others have had the same problem and your technical department need to contact Sky and the line needs to be routed to you again as it's a porting issue. I can't see any other examination although I appreciate I'm not a technician.

@virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

@virginmedia Yep shows outrage and estimated fix time which varies then text and email to say fixed but still nothing had 15 messages to say fixed one a few seconds ago but it's not and still showing outrage on the app hard to check this when no services very disappointed with the service

@Ofcom how can I make a complaint against virgin media for a year my tv was poor they made me upgrade internet now for this whole year I lose internet every day and I cannot contact them as it won’t let you I have lost work days and my kids have lost exam and study days
