    Once again @virginmedia tried to ring you but your customer care is shocking. I know of over 100 people plus in the Bolton area with continuing pixelating on ur TV Service which means you cannot watch TV! This needs sorting ASAP! Shocking service and unacceptable with what I pay!

    @virginmedia The cookies are always active. As I said I didn’t close the browser I just refreshed the page. So now 5 slots are taken by my MacBook. But it won’t allow me to watch on my MacBook so what can you do to help me?

    @virginmedia just wasted two hours on web chat trying to get a better sim deal as advertised. 45 mins to get through security. Tried to check/sign in on the Virgin mobile app and it doesn’t work for me or my husband, despite having an account for years. An absolute joke! 👎🏻

    Be warned - massive increase @virginmedia bill at end of contract & if you try to leave they charge you 30 days notice at the higher rate. When I rang 3 weeks ago to review my options they did inform me of the 30 days notice! #RIPOFF poor #CustomerService& lost customer for life
