    @virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

    @virginmedia Somewhat stable. However, today is a clear day. It is whenever there is the slightest breeze or a slight change in weather. I have never had such an inconsistent connection.

    Having poor service from @virginmedia ,but they are the only Fast BB provider in my area. A friend lives in a village about 2 miles away & has same issue with @bt_uk , again in that spot THEY are only fast BB provider. I’m sure it’s just coincidence & not a monopoly agreement

    @virginmedia we’ve received a couple of calls from what sounds like a busy call centre in India saying they are from Virgin Media. They say there are problems with our router affecting our wifi (we have no issues with our wifi) and asking us to logon to a device to test. Dodgy.
