So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

@VodafoneUK I get constant dropped calls from Comoros and Botswana. I report these by text but still the same numbers keep calling. I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

@VodafoneUK It wasn't even the main point of my post. My main point is the sky high prices I pay for being a loyal customer yet I go anywhere else and they deal is cheaper by a lot. I pay for a 5g deal and my City still hasn't got 5g. Its been 2 years and my plan ends in July.

@VodafoneUK So then, 30 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone. Get through and the call quality and volume is so bad that I'm missing every second word. I asked for the email addresses and give the new account number, he told me the company details, so much for all the security checks.

@VodafoneUK spent an hour trying to get through and then put through to a call centre in India who can’t help. VF increased my bill with no explanation. I am the bill payer but because the phones are for my daughter and husband they won’t help me even though I pay the bills.
