    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, I’d like to see Turkey and North Cyprus back on Vodafone UK’s roam-free list. But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. I’ll DM you now

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I'm an existing broadband customer who has recently moved house. I requested the house move change from vodafone, however they seem to have just cancelled my old contract and opened a brand new one on superfast 1 rather than just transferring my superfast 2 deal.

    @VodafoneUK I don't think you do, neither do you take customer service seriously. 4 months and still issues has still not been sorted out, but you have been happy to take out payment via direct debit on a monthly basis.
