@VodafoneUK has upgraded my Contract to MORE expensive billing from Nov 20 when I first contacted them over 1 Month ago that I wish to cancel contract expiring on 5 Dec 20. Been contacting them for ca 2 Weeks to confirm Cancellation. Anyone with similar FRAUDULENT Experience?©

@VodafoneUK my experience with you since December has been very poor. Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

Ok for context.. Nearest @Vodafoneuk site is Marlowe house a 50m office block. They have never bothered to upgrade their 3G site. Couple of years ago apparently they had a NTQ but site still in situ and a full 4/5G replacement site next door has pp but still not implemented.

@VodafoneUK pro2 ordered. Openreach install yesterday. No activation for internet or backup 4g. Hung up on as tech support can’t fix it. I’m patient and happy with them - but I’m losing both. Nobody can work here until it’s fixed. #togetherwecant

@VodafoneUK I doubt it very much given the service so far. Nobody seems to have a clue why it isn’t working. Tech support can’t stay on the phone over 29 mins and then when they ring back it cuts off over and over. If we can’t work, we’ll be leaving. Never had such a farcical switch.
