@VodafoneUK Mille, it would be much easier to be patient if we knew how long it was really going to take to fix. An hour? A day? A week? A month? Please just be transparent. “As quickly as possible” doesn’t mean anything.

Forgot to pay @VodafoneUK by 5 days. Vodafone’s answer? Not to remind me, but to get @TheZincGroup to send a letter saying they’re going to cut me off, possibly add £638 or send to debt collector making it £841. *clears throat* go **** yourselves!

Oh hi @VodafoneUK it’s been 10 days since I was able to use data, a week since I reported it and you’ve still never been in touch to tell me what you’re doing to fix it. Are your illusive Specialist Care Team planning on getting in touch?

  • bill_goldie bill (@bill_goldie) reported from Hextable, England

@VodafoneUK Charlotte, I spent four hours on Saturday trying to upgrade 2 company handsets, the wrong phone was confirmed and today I have been on for another hour arranging to send it back. Further away than ever from actually getting our new phones. Service systems designed to fail

@VodafoneUK hi, is there an issue with the voicemail system as I can’t get it working by either pressing the voicemail button or dialling 121?

  • twizzle1010 Terry 🦇🦒🦁 (@twizzle1010) reported from Bexleyheath, England

It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

@VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

  • strutcakes Chris 🏳️‍🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

  • kjackson1984 K Jackson (@kjackson1984) reported from Barnet, England

@VodafoneUK Hi, it was just a few minutes ago, I went to check and it just sits there like it is going to dial, but never does. I tried to call someone after and that rang fine

@VodafoneUK Hopefully it’s better than the normal broadband. Have had discount for a year as minimum speeds never met! Can’t wait to leave (but still 1 year left on contract) anyone know if I can leave early without fee since they have never provided what they said? 😭

  • MrOzy85 ozy (@MrOzy85) reported

More shite wifi from @VodafoneUK tonight. Cant even play my alexa ffs! Wish i cba to go threw the 600 steps to talk to a human, actually no i dont, same old routine then run tests and never get an answer after the 72 hours anyway.

  • SteveDivi Stephen Dixon (@SteveDivi) reported

@VodafoneUK Broadband has crapped itself again tonight. WiFi is useless most of the time (disconnects continually even when in the same room as the router). Not good enough. I'd better be able to cancel my contract without charge.

  • Paul__Walsh Paul Walsh (@Paul__Walsh) reported

@VodafoneUK I'd like to apologize because your specific scam is malware related. But, all the others that looks identical, are not malware related. They all have a dangerous URL so the solution is still the same - i.e. Zero Trust. The security filter you are about to implement won't work.
