Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@VodafoneUK It's not even about being automatic or not (having to do a complaint/claim yourself or not). Your own page seems to me quite misleading. As a new client I'm looking to push a claim for a delay activation but do you have any official claim compensation numbers to serve as a guide?

@VodafoneUK, it's now been about 10 days since I first reported a problem with my broadband where I intermittently lost the connection. 4 days ago I was told it would take up to 72 hours to fix. A deafening silence since and you're ignoring DM's. & my landline is broken too.

@VodafoneUK you failed to set up DD when account was created, despite having full contact details, you haven't chased 5 missed payments. You have managed to mark my credit history though. This is appalling service. (You have of course been immediately paid)

@O2 I’ve done this about 15 times. It’s multiple postcodes. It’s not specific to one location. You can’t fix it. What would be ideal is if you could release us from our contract so we can go back to @EE or @VodafoneUK who have provided us with much better coverage in the past.
