    @VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

    @VodafoneUK My bill is charged with false charges of Rs. 675. I have repeatedly complained but no action has been taken. So now the boredom seems to have to change the network.

    I have never had customer service in my life as bad as I am currently receiving from @VodafoneUK I have been promised verbally at least 15 times in the last 6 weeks a call back from customer services plus 2 emails assuring me of a call back. Still no call back!!!!!!!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Yh I did & din't get any wher which is y I said so shoking & disguting service. So many yrs with u & yet loylty dont matter to u. I have spent 7 to 8 hours already on phone with u regrding this, agents either drop the calls & dont bother call bac or say will get bac & dont bother

    I’m sick to death of @VodafoneUK and there service. Have the most shocking network service, they have restricted my calls before my bill is due and even after paying my bill a day early there are telling me it takes 24 hours to come back on #vodaphone I need a new network?
