Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

According to @VodafoneUK they didn’t disconnect me! According to them all you need to do to disrupt someone’s internet & phone service is to go online and request a new provider take over their service!! It’s that easy to instantly stop someone else’s service!

According to @VodafoneUK if your broadband service is disrupted they will ensure you can still access the internet! They will provide you with a box for mobile broadband. Another lie! They will only help you if you have a #vodafone mobile phone! Don’t believe a word they say!

I refused several times to take a new contract out with @VodafoneUK as I’m already in a 2 yr contract, but 6th agent said it was the only way to get broadband connected again. She said customer complaints could sort compensation & speed up the installation. 2 more lies #vodafone

5th @VodafoneUK agent told me she would ensure our broadband service continued by providing a mobile box that we could hot spot too until it was reconnected. Another lie! Be warned, they don’t provide this service! Theyll only help you if you have a #vodafone mobile! Avoid them!

Over the past 3 days I’ve wasted 5 hours of my life talking to 8 agents @VodafoneUK Each promised it would be sorted quickly. Each promised a solution. But each confirmed the previous agent had lied to me & all promised solutions aren’t possible! Don’t believe a word they say!

@VodafoneUK 2/2 … and I hope Vodafone invest more in rolling 5G out and boosting 4G capacity once the legacy 3G system is retired. Apart from that gripe over data capacity, the network is terrific. Never had a call drop and coverage is better indoors than with EE where I live.
