@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

@VodafoneUK Ive been without data except for WIFI for 7 days now because of a glitch in your network attributing data usage to my phone that was wrong. And I’ve yet to get any update or fix, the absolute worst!!

It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

@VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish. Issues do happen but TOBI down, can't get through to call centres, can't report fault online. This impact is huge but only coms are coming from news channels. At least put out regular status updates on your website
