@VodafoneUK 191 doesn’t solve anything. The virtual assistant just tells me to go online and the last 4 times I’ve chatted online they have said they’ve sorted it but never have.

@VodafoneUK Tried that. All i get is a day of trying to get things sorted and then start again from scratch. Waste of time and effort hence my trustpilot review of poor customer service. The general direction us Vodafone has no network issues and the customer is always wrong.

@anthonyjpierce @VodafoneUK Same problem in Broadheath but don't worry it's your problem not theirs. A when group of use are having a problem and they are not interested. This is why I'm leaving for a network that does work in the area!!!

@VodafoneUK Not much point...Vodafone has made up it's mind that the problem is my phone. It can't explain why 10+ users with 10 different phones have a problem in the WA14 5DS area. There has been nobody working on the tower for 2+ weeks. Recommend we go with EE or 3. They have no ussues.
