Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

Now have to seek legal advise due to them illegally canceling my contract for no reason and sending the remaining contract balance to a debt collection company for over £800 🤬😵
