  For crying out loud @VodafoneUK , why can’t your 4G be reliable 24 hours a day, yet again I’m having issues uploading an hour’s recording to Mixcloud. And yes I’ve rebooted my phone. I’m SICK of this. Now the upload has restarted. Can’t wait to go to @EE in November

  Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

  @Iromg @VodafoneUK Well done Mike. As well as cancelling support to my fave charity The Salvation army for the same reason I also no longer donate to the RNLI for obvious reasons. I live on the S. Coast but I discovered that all funds collected are returned to the centre for re-distribution.

  Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

  Your mobile service in DT6 West Bay Dorset has slowly been eroded down to nothing. From 25 mps down over the years to just 0.5 mps down this summer. Not good enough... @VodafoneUK
