On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it.
