    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK so 40 minutes on hold to cancel contract as I am not satisfied as to service Vodafone provides. I think the call wait time vindicates my reasons.

    I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

    @VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

    @VodafoneUK - for over 3 hours ,your assistant was rude , cutting me off as my battery was dying after asking me to take a pic of my router which cut me off when I went to the camera app ,I've just tried to contact via the app but apparently they're having tech problem's

    @VodafoneUK Was in touch last week, broadband down. Down again today for last 2 hours. You did the 72 hr diagnostics, I took faceplate off bt box etc. Put it back on today (over a week later), no Internet. Took it off again, plugged directly into socket again, still no Internet.

    @VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Iw ould love too but my Internet is too bloody slow. Fix my broadband please!!! Bloody hopeless. Also tried using the chat function tonight, that doesn't work either. We were lied too from the start of our contract. And now you keep saying our Internet is fixed when it's not.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling service once again. 2.5 hours,8 agents and the complaints/customer care team and still not fully resolved. And no, I don’t want to take it to the DM’s, I’m done with Vodafone.
