  • stephendball Stephen Ball (@stephendball) reported from London, England

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Just tell them you are cancelling your contract but still want to use their network, that usually works. #holdallthecards #nophoneisbetterthanabadphone

@VodafoneUK I have messaged you. Currently not impressed with the service so far, but happy for you to prove me wrong.

  • BenDodds3 Ben Dodds (@BenDodds3) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

  • Jfenton66 Johnfenton (@Jfenton66) reported from Croydon, England

@angleseyhols @ellisbarriebros @VodafoneUK I have found Vodafone customer service to be the worst I have ever experienced, not one manager is prepared to talk with you .

  • Cheeze6970 Justin Teasdale (@Cheeze6970) reported from Crayford, England

@VodafoneUK Disconnected from the internet because of a failure on their part. Seem less transition from phone line to fibre. Disgusting especially considering we ordered the new service 3 months ago! #fail @Ofcom could be down a week! #disgusting

  • MillieCoulter Millie Coulter (@MillieCoulter) reported from Banstead, England

@VodafoneUK hey. We’ve just switched to a new provider of broadband, will you automatically stop our payments to you once that’s live or do we need to cancel our direct debit?

  • HCook13 Helen Cook (@HCook13) reported from Lambeth, England

Hi @VodafoneUK I'm getting rather frustrated with your customer service. My broadband is not working, spent an hour on instant chat last night, called to follow up just now but no help. Please can you fix it or at least give me an update on when it might be fixed? Thanks

  • bill_goldie bill (@bill_goldie) reported from Hextable, England

@VodafoneUK Charlotte, I spent four hours on Saturday trying to upgrade 2 company handsets, the wrong phone was confirmed and today I have been on for another hour arranging to send it back. Further away than ever from actually getting our new phones. Service systems designed to fail

  • Hitchcockatoo Chris D. (@Hitchcockatoo) reported from Redhill, England

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

  • strutcakes Chris 🏳️‍🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

  • MAGIC72 MAGIC3CPFC🦅❤️💙 (@MAGIC72) reported from Crawley, England

@VodafoneUK Happy to enter thank you as long as I don’t have to have Vodafone as my network. I have my reasons after being a loyal customer of 15+ years.

  • bengibsonphoto BEN GIBSON PHOTO (@bengibsonphoto) reported from London, England

@VodafoneUK Ah so I’m paying my bill to have little to no service in and around my house during a lockdown, excellent

  • ReaddyUK Rachel Addy (@ReaddyUK) reported from Croydon, England

@VodafoneUK Totally shocked that a communication company like @VodafoneUK can't communicate enough to sort out a new service! Guess they have too many customers already.

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • carlywarly1964 Carl Anderson (@carlywarly1964) reported

@VodafoneUK 3 - You would think that was quite poor, but wait. I cannot get any information on my refund because there is a mistake with my security info. You want me to take photo ID into a branch....despite the fact that I can access my online account.

  • shotpintriot Spinney (@shotpintriot) reported

@VodafoneUK That is not true. You cannot cancel broadband+landline in any of those ways, Kieron. Would you like to correct what you've said so as not to mislead any other customers? And then explain why you oblige hearing impaired to in fact visit a shop, during a pandemic, to cancel?

  • jemrayfield Jem Rayfield (@jemrayfield) reported

@VodafoneUK hey can you help me get a 5g signal. My sim, phone, plan have 5g, the postcode kt125ju has 5g... yet I only see 4g.

  • Jason_Gaskell Jason 🏳️‍🌈 (@Jason_Gaskell) reported

Wtf so @VodafoneUK sent me same text 4 times an woke me up 😠

  • carlywarly1964 Carl Anderson (@carlywarly1964) reported

@VodafoneUK 4 - So, it's like Catch-22 with a bit of Kafka-esque "we can't tell you what the security problem is because that would be a security problem" - even though I can access my account page and you are quite happy to take money from me despite the problem.

  • MayBeTomorrowXx Alex (@MayBeTomorrowXx) reported

@VodafoneUK is it still possible to connect to the WiFi in the London underground? Virgin Media WiFi has no link to Vodafone and the VodafoneWiFi network is protected

  • TsegaM_ Tsega (@TsegaM_) reported

-@VodafoneUK, bidding on @ethiotelecom negates your ethos: ' ... any breach of our Code of Conduct, including dishonest, corrupt, fraud, labour and human rights concern, environmental damage or any other unethical behaviour”.

  • carlywarly1964 Carl Anderson (@carlywarly1964) reported

@VodafoneUK 2 - As if that weren't bad enough, I am also waiting for a £25 refund for 25Gb of mobile data for that router that I couldn't access. I was told over the phone that my refund was on its way, but I have not heard anything else.

  • GuMzHD Hammad Ausafi (@GuMzHD) reported

@VodafoneUK I have replied, but your Automated system on Twitter is a joke. Do I have to repeat myself well over 100 times? Also, I better get my refund. What you guys are doing to your customer is a joke, take some damn responsibility.

  • imonioroi I. M Imonioro (@imonioroi) reported

@VodafoneUK why do you make it so difficult for one to terminate their agreement in accordance with your terms. Petty behaviour
