@VodafoneUK It is a mobile sim only contract. I have been advised that the account is ‘open’ with a bar on it for trouble shooting and that takes 24 hours to be completed so they can’t cancel while it is open. I now have to call back tomorrow and go through the same disastrous experience!

Their social media team try, but after 9 months of 1mbps speeds (in a 5G area), no support, no compensation I would never recommend this shambles of a company to anybody. @VodafoneUK I’ve issues with my phone and have warranty and insurance but Vodafone won’t do anything to help. 27 years I’ve been with them and once this contract is over I’m off. I recommend any other phone company than Vodafone who customers services is awful
